Updated, beachy 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath 7 Blks to Beach!

This is an updated Village Green twin: the unit and yard are completely private but is attached to one other unit (shared wall in the center of the house splits the house into two units). The back yard is fenced in. We are seven blocks from the Trenton Avenue beach entrance, which has bathrooms and a shower, and less than a mile from the Washington Street Mall. Located on a great block in Village Green: a quiet neighborhood where you can spread out and truly relax, yet be close to all Cape May has to offer. The unit sleeps six with a master bedroom plus two additional bedrooms that are “railroad style” in that you have to walk through the queen bedroom to get to the twin bedroom. The queen and twin bedrooms are adjoined; they are separated by a custom made barn door. Every room features beachy and nautical touches so that you won't lose that "I'm at the beach feeling" for a moment! The living room has a 64 inch wall mounted SmartTV, comfortable seating and board games for entertainment. The eat-in kitchen is bright and and the hallway bath with tub/shower features an LG washer and dryer, large vanity and counter top. The master bedroom has a king bed, two large closets and an attached bathroom with stand up shower. The queen bedroom has ample closet space and the adjoined twin bedroom has two small chests of drawers plus under bed drawers. There is a covered deck off of the twin bedroom with cushioned teak couches. A small covered front porch, flat fenced in backyard, six person outdoor dining set with cantilever umbrella and custom outdoor hot/cold shower complete the outdoor space. Central air, dishwasher, board games, beach chairs and umbrella, and four adult beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment.

***We provide linens: organic cotton sheets, all bedding, and bath towels! A true luxury in Cape May home rentals! ***

SUMMER SEASON ONLY: Beach box where we store beach chairs and umbrellas right on the beach.

Relaxing and Comfortable Stay

Another one for the books! This is the second time staying here and the accommodations and our hosts were outstanding! Beautiful Property

I would highly recommend this beautiful property. Great location and still close to everything you want to do. We enjoyed sitting out on the back deck in the evenings. The owners have put together a binder full of information that will answer any questions you may have. Thanks Michelle abd Gary for letting us enjoy your property

Cape May beauty!

Clean and comfortable

Husband and I (and our pup) had a great, stress-free stay at Michelle & Gary’s - they made check-in and check-out very easy, the house was as described, very clean and had everything we needed. Great location in a quiet neighborhood - very walkable. We stayed off-season but still had plenty to do: home was close to dining, shopping, breweries (cold spring brewery was a short drive away: dog-friendly and also had some NA brews and house-made sodas, plus live music). It was pretty chilly and windy but we were still able to take the dog for some nice long walks. We also appreciated having a 24-hr Wawa very close by. Overall a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend. Thank you!

Ideal getaway

This property was just as advertised. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans (serious home cooks might want to bring their own knives). Bedrooms were spacious, linens were provided, and the fenced backyard was great for dogs. The neighborhood was quiet off-season and the walk to the beach was just seven blocks. Michelle and Gary were communicative and checked in to make sure we were comfortable. So grateful for the opportunity to get away for a weekend to a comfortable, welcoming home.

Great Location!

We loved our week stay! The house was super clean the moment we walked in. The owners were so sweet and reached out to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. The bikes were so fun and it was such a perfect addition because we rode our bikes everywhere- beach, dinner on Beach Ave., Washington St. Mall. Th backyard and little porch out front were perfect lounging spots to have coffee or a drink.

A pleasant getaway

Property was comfortable and the owners were very accommodating and attentive to any issue. Our family had an enjoyable stay and it was nice to be in Cape May but also away from the congestion and noise of the down town area.

Perfect get away gem

Neat, clean, and dog friendly. The fenced in backyard with outdoor shower and comfy cozy deck was our personal favorite spot. Owners were very attentive and responsive. So happy we were able to stay here for a much needed week off.

Well equipped house in great location!

Probably one of our favorite houses we have stayed at in Cape May. A good layout, comfy bed, nice fenced in backyard for our pup, grill, bikes and beach tags provided, well stocked with cooking supplies - we absolutely hope to stay again! Thank you Michelle and Gary!

Wonderful stay in Cape May

Michelle & Gary were great hosts. The house was spotless upon arrival and we were within a short drive to all Cape May activities. We’ll definitely be back. We cooked breakfast every morning in the quaint kitchen, played board games they provided and had an overall wonderful time. Thanks again!

Lovely house

It was a lovely house in a charming town, within walking distance to the beach. Everything was very well kept and my party and I greatly enjoyed the selection of games available. The bedroom sizes were adequate and the extra room with twin beds is perfect for the kids or a baby that won't sleep. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thanks for being a lovely host.

Sister getaway

We had a wonderful time, despite the gloomy weather! We went to a winery, which had pretty decent wine and live music. We went shopping and got matching Cape May sweatshirts. Had a night out of drinking and dancing ...Kentucky Derby! The house was great for my pup who came along as the yard was fenced in. Great outside area too, though we really didn't take advantage of that due to the chilly weather.

Winter weekend

My family and I had an absolute wonderful long weekend in Cape May and this place was a major reason why. Michelle and Gary were wonderful hosts ensuring we had all information for our stay upfront and then checking in on us during our stay. All aspects of the stay from check in to checkout were very efficient. The house was extremely clean and nicely laid out. I liked the holiday Christmas tree in the living room too which gave a great vibe. We were only there 2 nights but it made the weekend wonderful as all we needed to concentrate on was having a nice family visit.

Home away from home

What a wonderful place to stay in Cape May! My husband and I had just about given up looking for a house for ourselves and our dog, when this listing popped up. The owners were incredibly gracious and kind with their communications and with making sure we had a great stay. The house was beautifully decorated,, with touches I found to be thoughtful for potential guests--including front and backyard tie outs for our dog, so she could lounge in the grass when we were home. We had absolutely everything we could need while staying there-including a fully outfitted kitchen that was a joy to cook in. We will definitley be staying here again!

Absolutely LOVED our Stay!

This home in Village Green is so cute, clean and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything! For example, every bedside and every couch/chair side has a place to plug in your devices, which we all loved! There were 4 bikes which were so helpful to get around. The furniture and beds are all so clean and comfortable. There's plenty of storage space for clothes, food and beach stuff. The back yard is a HUGE plus for sitting outside at night, grilling and having dinner, or playing games during the day. There were season beach tags for my entire family, 6 of us. (big savings). The owners were so communicative & accommodating throughout the entire process, from booking to check-out. It was just such a pleasant stay and we could not have wanted for a thing. It is a bit far from town, but the bikes are incredibly helpful and who can't use a bit more exercise. It was a little interesting having to walk through one of the bedrooms to get to the other one, but we're a close family, and we made it work. Overall, this is a beautiful home, very up-to-date with a lot of modern conveniences and nice-to-haves! And the wonderfully attentive owners made it even better! Thank you, Michelle!
