A spiral staircase leads from the great room to the second level where you will find a master bedroom, a small sitting area and a full bath. The master bedroom has a queen bed and a window air conditioner. There are beautiful sunburst windows in the great room and the lofted area. This section of Holly Avenue will accommodate on-street parking. You will be a short half block to Lake Lily for peaceful bird watching, a short walk to beautiful lifeguarded Cape May Point beaches, and Cape May Point State Park with nature trails, nature museum and the Cape May Lighthouse. Take a short bike ride down Sunset Boulevard to watch the sun set over the Delaware Bay.
