FRIDAY to FRIDAY RENTAL: Beautiful South Avalon, corner three story home. Only three years old, it features six bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) and a total of seven and a half bathrooms. First floor has one bedroom with a queen bed and a second bedroom with two twin beds. Large deck off both bedrooms. There is also a family room with a sleep sofa, plus a laundry room. The second floor has a bright and sunny great room with cathedral ceilings, dining area, well equipped kitchen and two bedrooms, each having king beds and a hall bathroom. Spacious deck has ocean views as home is across the street from the beachblock. Third floor has the master and one additional bedroom, each having king size beds. Both rooms also have decks. There is an elevator and a swimming pool with a great area to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Garage and off street parking for two cars. Just a short walk to restaurants and recreational field. Perfect vacation home for a family vacation. Property is available off season for a minimum of three nights as well as holidays.

Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.

Cooler By a Mile

Our adult group of family and friends, aged 24-70, loved the house! Tons of open living space, love the ample kitchen with cooking pans and dishes and large round dining table. Plenty of bathrooms, one in each bedroom! We enjoyed the deck, the pool, the elevator for move-in/out, and the proximity to the beach. We hope to return!

Great stay

13 of us had a terrific stay at this property. We were 3 generations and there was plenty of space for all of us. The elevator originated in the garage which was great for moving in and out, as well as, grandparents with some mobility issues. We loved the location. The beach was a quick walk, and it was quiet and not crowded. Bonus... the kids could use boogie boards at our beach. There was plenty of street parking around the property, and it is a quick drive into Avalon and Stone Harbor. The house was well appointed. We cook almost all of our meals and we had everything we needed to do so. The gas grill with the hook up to a gas line was great!! No need to worry about propane. We have rented many properties in Avalon, and this by far one of our favorites!

Beautiful, spacious house with pool and 1 block from beach

We loved our stay! Having a private bathroom for every bedroom was amazing, and almost everyone had their own comfortable king bed and a balcony! The beautiful and spacious kitchen had all the tools and comforts of home. A one block walk to the beach is a major asset, and the pool is perfect for lounging or a dip. We also loved having access to the bikes and beach supplies. Stone Harbor and Avalon were a nice bike ride or short drive away. The elevator was a definite bonus! Thank you for a beautiful week.
