Cesar is wonderful. He answered all of our questions and was there within 24 hours for a repair. We had the pleasure of meeting Cesar we immediately liked him. The condo is well represented in the pictures. It’s very comfortable and has everything you need. The beach chairs were greatly appreciated. The balcony is wonderful. We also love the area. We have stayed here for 3 years and are scheduled to return for the next 2 years.

We enjoyed our March 2026 stay and look forward to March 2027. The condo was very clean and well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked and made cooking easy. We had plenty of beach towels and chairs to use on the beach and at the pool. The mattresses in the master bedroom room and second bedroom were very comfortable. The location on Hutchinson Island is perfect. Our view of the ocean was beautiful. We had everything we needed for an enjoyable month long stay. The Atlantis community is very friendly. Cesar was an excellent host and responded immediately to questions. We look forward to our stay in 2027.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beds were very comfortable. We loved looking at the view of the ocean every day. Cesar was easy to communicate with & was very responsive to our questions. We had a wonderful month on Hutchison Island.

Very Nice Stay on the Beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. They left a nice note explaining the place and a nice welcoming gift, which was a nice touch. Cesar was always very quick to respond and very helpful with anything needed. Great view of the ocean, friendly neighbors in the condominium, couldn’t have asked for much more. Would recommend.

2024 Florida Get Away

We have made several trips to Florida during winter months in the past and this was our third stay on Hutchinson Island, second at Atlantis by the Sea. This unit was by far the best kept and appointed. It was extremely clean, comfortable, well maintained, and beautifully appointed. Check in was a breeze and the Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work and communicate with. We are looking forward to returning to this property in the future.

The condo was well represented by the pictures. It is lived in but it was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect. The view of the ocean from the balcony was beautiful. The people were very nice. Cesar was very easy to each and responded right away to any questions we had. We will definitely be back!!! Thanks Cesar!!!
