All furnishings and fixtures are brand new. The full gourmet kitchen was designed with plenty of space for your cooking pleasure, lots of light, full refrigerator and freezer, Keurig coffee maker, microwave, stove, oven, kitchen tools, everything.
You will enjoy a private beach, two heated pools, tennis courts, shuffleboard, barbecue area, rec room, car wash, free gated parking, and balcony patio overlooking the ocean.
It is just 10 minutes away from CVS Pharmacy, Publix & Windixie Markets, fresh farmers & local fish markets, local restaurants, live music, and a lot more!
