Warm and Spacious Condo

Located on the hill just 1/2 mile from Cranmore ski area. Spacious 4 BR Sleeps 10
Two separate family gathering areas. Send the kids downstairs to play while the adults mingle in the family room, open to the eating and kitchen area. Two bedrooms upstairs- one with a queen bed, the other with two bunks. Loft sleeping area up the spiral stairs has two twin size beds and a queen size bed. Skylight brings in lots of light and sunshine. Located on the bottom level is another sleeping room with a queen sized bed, a full bath with tub/shower, laundry and second family/play room ideal for the kids, with lots of games and puzzles on hand.
Relax in the six person Hot Tub after a long day of skiing or a day of hiking the nearby trails.

Two flat screen TV's with AT&T now streaming, Netflix, HBO

What a great place to stay. All questions were answered almost instantly. My family felt so comfortable there. The house was clean. The game selection kept the kids busy. The hot tub added some extra fun. All around great place!

Great location

My family and I enjoyed our stay. It was very convenient for skiing at Cranmore. We also loved the hot tub.

Great Getaway

Stayed for a weekend with extended family. Great condo with lots of room for everyone. Big kitchen with everything you need and the hot tub was a hit. Would definitely stay again.

Everything you could ever need/want!

The Quackshack had keyless entry, private hot tub and grill, and plenty of beds and common area spaces for all your needs. We loved staying here and would highly recommend it to all different groups.

Great place for a family trip

The property was clean and well equipment with all the necessary things. Would recommend the place for a big family trips. We all loved the place. Only thing is the location in map is a bit confusing for the first time.

Great place

Rental was great, lots of room and quiet outdoor atmosphere. Hot tub was a fun place to hang. Owner was easy to work with and communicated well. Quick drive into North Conway.

Super cute and super cozy!

This house was absolutely perfect for a friends’ getaway ski weekend! Beautiful updated kitchen that had essentials like spices and sandwich bags which was really helpful, the bedrooms were comfortable, and the hot tub was great! We were sad to leave!

Great February vacation getaway!

We had a great stay here over February vacation. The house was great for our 2 families - 4 adults and 5 children, ranging from 9 to 17. Overall comfortable accomodations. The kitchen had everything we needed. The kids enjoyed the hot tub after days on the slopes. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries while we were there. We'd definitely choose this location again!

Great Condo - Clean and Quiet

We stayed here for a tubing weekend and the condo was the perfect layout with the 2 living room areas. It had everything we needed and was very clean and comfortable. It was very muggy while we were there but with the AC units, we were fine. The owners were great to work with! We would definitely rent again.

Great weekend away

Me and several friends had a great time at this condo. It was clean, fit us all comfortably and had everything we needed. The only thing that was a surprise was its exact location after booking. Before booking, it appeared to be closer to downtown but turns out it is on the outskirts though still very close to cranmore.

Great place

The place was just as described. Lots of places for people to sleep. We went with my husband myself and my adult sons, nieces and nephews. I really appreciated the place having toiletries, and basic cooking essentials. I’ve rented a few place that did not provide them. We would definitely stay again. It was close to everything we wanted, Saco River & North Conway center. Would definitely stay again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have to say that this place was a joy to stay at. It was very clean and very spacious. It was also great that they had lots of toys for smaller kids to play with. We had a 3 year old with us so the toys in the basement sure helped. Great location too!

Cozy rustic condo in North Conway NH

We stayed for two nights in early October and it wasn't long enough. The condo was very spacious and well layed out with plenty of sleeping options. Easily it could've accommodated 12+ people. Very family friendly. This rental was very clean and well organized with all of your basic needs like dinnerware, utensils, and toiletries. The location was perfect, very short drive to the center of North Conway, and close to many good restaurants and other nearby attractions. There was ample on site parking and easy check-in and check-out process. Our host Nick was wonderful and responded quickly when we needed something. We would highly recommend this rental and look forward to returning in the future.

Great Location

Overall the property was good. The living area was smaller than appears in the photos, but still enough room. The dinning table was great for our group, enough seating for everyone. As shown in the photos, there are a good amount of stairs. There are no bedrooms on the main floor. The living room is sunk in and then you step up again to go out onto the deck. The hot tub was a nice plus and it was clean. After arriving, we called the management office because the basement didn't smell good and was wet feeling due to no dehumidifier and hot, humid Summer days. They were excellent to work with. They went to Home Depot and had someone deliver a dehumidifier within an hour. We were extremely happy with their response. If we didn't have a dehumidifier, we wouldn't have been able to use that floor, which had a queen bedroom and a full bathroom. We did have to constantly empty it during the stay, but it was worth it in order to make the space usable. You could see a big difference within the first couple of days. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the loft space. We read all of the reviews about the spiral staircase and were well aware that they were tight and not everyone used them. We were willing to sleep in the space, but due to four broken stair treads (the wood is completely split in half) we did not use the space. The stairs are not safe. We had two 8 year olds and two 23 year olds and they said even if the stair treads weren't broken, they didn't feel comfortable using the stairs, especially if they needed the bathroom during the night. Again, it's summer, so the loft was very hot as well. Instead of the loft, we used the day bed with the trundle underneath. All of the beds were very comfortable. The portable AC units were okay. They did provide a couple of fans. The kitchen space was good. They had everything we needed for cooking; a crock pot and blender too. We were able to use the large free standing cabinet in the kitchen to store all of our food for the week. A few things we could have used, but you don't always know until you arrive and we have no problem getting them on our own (sandwich bags, foil, paper, pen). They supplied plenty of the basics; trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels and hand soap. A copy of the check out and trash removal process would be good to have just in case someone forgets to bring it with them. We did have a great time and there was plenty to do at the home and in the area.

We are so happy we could respond quickly with a dehumidifer for the finished basement, and we are glad that you had an overall great experience with our company. We have shared your experience with the loft and stairs with the homeowners and will update the listing if/when they make renovations. Lovely stay in North Conway

Started for a long weekend with a group of adults. Plenty of sleeping spaces and an overall very comfortable place. Seamless check in process and the owner was easy to work with.

Fun spot for a weekend away!

We were able to fit our group of 10 perfectly with so much ample space, the house was clean and well maintained, such a great location! Check in and out was simple and we hope to use this again in the future!

Great Summer Weekend Spot

We had a great say at this property. Although we were there during a heatwave we were very comfortable in the house. It's well stocked and comfy. It is also well located and easy to get to and to enjoy the fun things in the area.
