Lovely, quiet home!

Kathy’s place was absolutely perfect for our weekend hiking trip! Very neat and tidy place in a quiet neighborhood- would be ideal for a family or a small group. The lawn was great for yard games and the fire pit and bbq made it perfect for a little backyard hangout. We’ll keep this place in mind for the future!

Cozy home in a great location

Our family really enjoyed this charming home. Super clean. The only downside is that since it is an older home, the hot water is sensitive and cannot keep up with multiple showers in a row. Otherwise - it is in the best location and is a super cozy place.

The property did not disappoint. The cleanliness of the home was impeccable. This house was perfect for my rebate boys and I. This house has ALL the amenities and then some. Location was absolutely perfect for our excursions and hobbies. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental to anyone and will most likely stay there again!! Five star all the way!!

Great weekend

Nice house in a quiet neighborhood very close to Cranmore. Family of 6 had plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Older house but well maintained and included all the necessities to cook. Screened porch was the favorite place to hang out even though they have a patio, fire pit, and wood. Definite will look to book again, especially during ski season.

Hi Albir, I very much understand the benefits of a good nights sleep; throughout the three years of renting my family home, I have yet to encounter a negative review about the comfortability of our accommodations. I took great care in listing each bed on my website to be clear when folks are booking. I appreciate your response and constructive criticism, I just wish I was alerted of your concerns during your stay so that I could’ve been more accommodating. I look forward to the opportunity to make my guests time more enjoyable and satisfied in the moment and within my power.

Weekend Getaway

This home is super clean, very cozy and extremely comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised at how much room there actually was as the pictures are deceiving... Plenty of space to relax and unwind. The location is absolutely perfect. Just minutes from downtown, steps from Cranmore but nestled in a very quiet and private neighborhood. We will definitely return and stay at this amazing home again!

“Hi” from Me & My Mom Nancy, my husband Arnie, Cooper & Boden. We live in Kennebunkport with our dog Maisy. Mom unfortunately is in a memory care center but just a few years back she was at this home, she loved her gardens, yard and maintaining every aspect of this home. My family is well known in the Mt Washington Valley in the ski world. Dad was a certified ski instructor, Mom made it to the Olympic tryouts in 1952, I feel very fortunate to have grown up so close to Cranmore Mt, my brother and I were able to ski every day and we both became nationally ranked. “Live is good” here in the valley, we hope you choose to stay at our home, I promise you won’t be disappointed.
