Bedroom 2: queen bed. Bedroom 3: full bed. Living Area: sectional couch that pulls out to a queen bed. BATHROOMS: Hallway Bathroom 1: Newly renovated tile shower. Hallway Bathroom 2: shower/tub combination. LINENS: ALL LINENS PROVIDED. Pillows and Blankets are on the beds. Linens included: sheets set, pillowcases, bath towels, washcloths, hand towels, beach towels, and bathroom mats. INDOOR AMENITIES: Open living room with a comfortable sectional pull out couch, large flat screen TV, and relaxing coastal decor. laundry closet with washer/dryer, French door refrigerator, dining table for 6. OUTDOOR AMENTIES: Covered front porch awning, gas firepit, enclosed outside shower, Weber gas grill, big yard for lawn games/etc., nautical themed garage for bonus hang out space. 4 bikes provided. (Please note: These items are shared between tenants and number is not guaranteed.)BEACH EQUIPMENT: 6 beach chairs and beach umbrella.
