Villa located in a secured residence "Domaine des Marines" with shared pool (open juli and august). Corner villa with three bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs, an equipped kitchen, a shower room, a toilet, a spacious living room with TV-There is a tiled terrace with BBQ, dining furniture, sun bed. The terrace is tiled and gated making it very safe for the small children. Only 200 metres to the beautiful beach. CLEANING FEES INCLUDED -Private parking space
Various equipment such as washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, flat-screen TV (French channels), combined fridge/freezer, oven, iron + ironing board, kettle, toaster, electric coffee maker, 4-burner hob, extractor fan...

This residence is in a perfect position to enjoy the seaside resort of Portiragnes Plage. The restaurants and shops are just a short walk away making it an ideal destination for families.
