Eugie Terrace Vacation Rental
Eugie Terrace is a rare treasure of a street in Raskin Estates. The streets are lined with interesting southwestern aesthetic and just minutes to the best shopping and dining in Kierland Commons and Scottsdale Quarter. Eugie Terrace is a four bedroom, three bathroom home in Scottsdale with a casita in the back yard. This home's open-plan living area brims with character – expect modern bohemian seats and printed rugs, vibrant artworks and thriving houseplants. What's more, the windows lead out to the smartly landscaped yard, where there's a pool, spa and a ping pong table. Back inside, the living room is a bohemian retreat, somewhere unique to relax and unwind. Exploring the area is easy from this prime spot, with both Kierland and Old Town Scottsdale within reach.

House Rules
*Pool heat not available
*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the backyard. Pool is serviced every Monday. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week.
*Pets considered for $200 per pet fee (non-refundable)
*Quiet hours are enforced from 9pm-9am
*A laundry bag will be dropped off 1-2 days prior to departure. Please leave it where it gets left.
*This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property
*Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax.
*Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please reach out 1–2 days prior to check-in to inquire about pricing and availability.
*For your safety and security, there may be public-facing cameras installed on the property.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. *Important Note: We want you to enjoy your stay to the fullest, Please be aware amenities may break or not work during your stay and we'll do our best to accommodate you. May an amenity not work or fail during your stay we will do our best to make it right, and we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights to make it right. You have to let us know at the time of notice so we can do our best to remedy the situation.

We enjoyed our stay. We had 4-8 adults and children in & out of the house for 10 days. We had plenty of room. The house was so comfy and homey feeling also. Definitely will stay here again if available.

Good Stay!

Nice, safe neighborhood. Good sized home with plenty of space. Clean and very well decorated. Nice backyard area with lots of things to do (pool, hot tub, ping pong table, giant jenga, lounging furniture) Had all the amenities and dishware, etc that we needed during our stay. Easy to check in at any time with the door code. A few things to note: the home is under the flight path of the Scottsdale airport, so like most homes in the area, you’ll hear planes. We got used to it. Also, the pool cleaning device kind of takes over the pool, and unless you arrange to pay to heat the pool, it’s pretty cold. It’s the desert though, so maybe that’s not so bad!

2 week visit for christmas

We came for a two week stay over the holidays drawn in by the outdoor space and pool that was featured in pictures as an amenity. We were disappointed to find that the pool was unusable as it had no heater. The hot tub filter was also very dirty. Second surprise was the poor condition of the carpeting and area rugs in the bedrooms. Carpets were very worn, dirty and had dark stains and area rugs were ripped, curling and frayed. We wore socks the entire time and socks would be filthy. Also windows were very dirty throughout. I expected nice at least clean flooring for what we paid.

In need of basics

There were very little supplies , from cleaning products to basics There was no salt & pepper , sugar , or coffee pods . We’ve never encountered that and we’ve rented plenty of homes all around the world. There was no broom , and we had to wash our dishes after every meal as there wasn’t enough silverware … we we’re a party of 5 ! We were gifted 4 dishwasher pods for a 6 night stay . The house is decorated in a cute fashion , but the diningroom chairs are not very sturdy . We stayed 6 nights and when at home we clean up after ourselves , as we enjoy a tidy home . There was zero by way of cleaning products , we considered going out and purchasing some but… Overall , I don’t think we could recommend this vacation rental . It leaves a cheap taste in my mouth .

Cool if you don’t have little kids

This home is a good property for families with older children. Littles under 5 may have a hard time with the sunken living room that lines the main hallway as there is nothing preventing a fall from the hallway (drop off is about a foot). The hall closet has a cut out for what I would assume is a cat door for litter box use. This cut out goes directly into the bathroom in front of the toilet. They have strategically placed a cabinet to block any onlookers, but it doesn’t cover the entire thing. The home is advertised as pet friendly with a big no pets sign on the fridge. No book is on the property for exit instructions. Had no idea how the owners wanted the property picked up upon leaving. I can imagine this is what causes cleaning to be an issue. The biggest design flaw of them all is the casita. To get to the casita you have to exit the sliding glass doors and go outside to a whole separate room/bathroom. While this is cool, the issue is you cannot lock the sliding glass door if you want these guests to be able to come into the main home. What good is a child lock if you cannot lock it. Lastly the owner showed up unannounced and opened the garage (scaring us all) to get their car out. This should NEVER happen. What if we left the home and came back to the car being gone, or we left and our things had been gone through. We felt uncomfortable leaving our things alone after this.

Not really a dream. First, the professional photos do not show how appallingly filthy the carpets and rugs are, especially in the master bedroom. It was generally old and dirty. The hot tub cover had been left open prior to our arrival and was filled with tree debris. It was largely inaccessible at night anyway due to a lack of lighting. The blinds in the living room were transparent and offered no privacy.I thought I was getting two ensuite bedrooms. The description says that it’s a “four bedroom three bath home in Scottsdale with a casita in the back yard.” It does not say that the fourth bedroom is the casita, only accessible by a sliding glass door in the backyard and that it has to be reserved separately. (It was locked and inaccessible to us.)I found Bohemian Dream’s only redeeming quality to be its location.
Ensuite bedroom. The entire carpet in this bedroom, and the rug under the bed, needs to be replaced.
Blinds have no backing for privacy. What you see is all there is.
Ensuite bedroom just outside the bathroom. Had to wear flip flops

We enjoyed our time in AZ for our annual family "spring training" getaway! It was an unusually warm weekend so the unheated pool was perfect! Heated Hot tub was awesome! Family pingpong tournet was so fun! Loved that the home is located in a safe/residential area and close to freeway access. Beds were comfortable; extra linens and comforters were available; fans in each bedroom; perfect for a family get together of 12; and our pup loved the cool ceramic floors :) VERY responsive to our needs!-For anyone asking about Doggie Daycare, The Barking Dog Ltd was AWESOME! 10-15 minutes away, Great staff, clean premises, full day/half day available and my pup DID NOT smell like she was at daycare all day! That was impressive :) Make sure you register with them ahead of time and schedule a free "evaluation" day! -Spring training is a must! Go early (9am) at Camelback to watch all of the pregame warmups by players and upcoming minor leaguers. Go Dodgers!-Eleanor (Bfast/brunch) was so delicious and dog friendly. -Yonutz was great for anyone who loves a crazy combination of donuts and craziness!!-Mariscos Playa Hermosa had incredible seafood ceviche, seafood enchiladas and carne asada meats-Indoor Mini Golf: great indoor activity for kids -Papago Park- VERY easy 10 minute rocky path to get to the "hole" in the canyon; we wanted to go at night but didn't realize that the gates close at 7pm although the park closes at 11pm.
