Hello and nice to meet you! We are Ryan and Anisha Judah and we live in SW Washington. We have 3 young kiddos and have always wanted to have a home away from home to create lasting memories with them - and who knows...maybe it'll be where we retire someday. Landing on Scottsdale was a no-brainer - the sun, the outdoor activities and ease of access were all important factors when deciding where that could be.

We have a NEMA 14-50 outlet in the garage (220V) or a standard 110V outlet. The EV outlet is on a 50amp breaker capable of charging 12-80 miles per hour. Note that we do not offer any charging cables at this time - ONLY the outlet for level 1 or level 2 charging in the garage.
Need something for the little ones that you don't want to pack? Two local baby rental companies offer a discount to our guests so you can travel easier and lighter! (We are not paid a commission to use these companies so you can shop with ease.)
Upon booking, our standard rental agreement will be sent to you via email and a signature is required in order to gain access to the home.
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7.
