Located on the 3rd floor (with elevator), it comprises a 19 m² living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a beautiful bedroom and a bathroom.

The apartment is composed as follows

- A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob...
- Sleeping area with 1 double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with bath and WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, fan, ironing board and iron.

The apartment is ideally located in La Grande-Motte, in a very pleasant environment. Nearby, you'll benefit from all the essential stores as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
