Die Beschreibung und die Fotos treffen 100% zu. Bad mit Dusche und WC ist im oberen Teil über eine kleine Treppe erreichbar. Die Lage ist einmalig, mitten in der Altstadt. Tolle Einkaufmöglichkeiten um die Ecke. Auto ist nicht notwendig, sondern eher hinderlich (schwierige Parksituation, öffentl. Tiefgarage unter dem Haus extrem eng, besser TG Comedie). Schlüsselübergabe und -Rückgabe problemlos. Insgesamt super zufrieden.

Great place to stay in Montpellier. Pamela was very thorough and prompt with directions to access the property and every other question that we had. The apartment is in the heart of the old town and very comfortable. We would highly recommend it. The bathroom is up a flight of stairs and its ceiling is about 6'4". So, if one is handicapped or taller than 6'4", that would be the only problem. I have no idea what the question about the "winery experience" refers to in the list of questions since we didn't do a winery visit. But, I gave the question 5 stars anyway since I had to answer the question of I couldn't move to the next page of the review! LOL

The apartment location is perfect for exploring Montpellier. The balcony is the best for people watching in the evening with a lovely glass of wine. The apartment is good, the high ceilings in the living area are great, and has all that you need for a comfortable stay. Pamela is a great host and responds quickly. She gave all the information we needed.

I have stayed in many apartments in many parts of the country and this apartment is one of my favorites. It is spacious and has a fantastic balcony with views. The amenities were great and the location was excellent. I stayed for 8 nights and slept well each night. The fact that it opens onto a public square had me initially concerned about noise at night but it was not a problem at all. I hope to return with my husband one day….I highly recommend the apartment!

We loved everything about the apartment, particularly its location and the terrace, on which we had a number of very enjoyable dinners. Extrem gute Lage mitten im historischen Kern von Montpellier - alles fußläufig erreichbar. Ruhig, wenn keine Baustelle vor dem Haus ist. Super Internet-Anschluß.Balkon klein, aber zum Frühstüken reicht es völlig.Zugang etc, sehr gut beschrieben.

Excellent location. Apartment exactly as seen in photos - once work done on the plaza in front of the building, there will be some great people watching. Pamela (property manager) does everything to make a pleasant stay - communicative and proactive. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Excellent

Pamela was very communicative and thorough in her descriptions of the property and check-in/check-out procedures. She also checked in with me mid-way through my stay to make sure everything was okay. The property itself was properly represented in the photos and descriptions. The location was excellent. I felt like I was in the middle of the action, but it was quiet at night. I had a very pleasant stay, and I would absolutely stay here again.

Fantastic location

Really amazing location, fabulous apartment, so close to everything Montpellier has to offer. Also once the square has been finished, will provide the most amazing people watching from the balcony while sipping a glass of wine. All you need to relax and enjoy the spectacular city. A beautiful home from home feel. We loved it!!!

This property is in a fantastic location and has everything you need for a delightful stay. I have stayed in many guest houses and have never received clearer communications from a property manager. Bravo Pamela and merci!

Location and charm

We spent a month here and really enjoyed the apartment. Bed was comfy. Kitchen well stocked and location perfect. Loved the balcony. I would stay here again. While we were here, work was being done on the square it overlooks so lots of noise but it was during the day so nights and weekends were quiet. I would recommend this apartment.

Great place to stay

Lovely mid sized apartment with everything you need to have a pleasant stay. Close to cafes restaurants bakeries you name it’s there. Lovely walk to the farmers market and antique market. I would recommend.

Wonderful stay

Never having been in Montpellier the apartment was the perfect place to start from. P Préfecture nextdoor, Les Halles Castellanes for food across the square, everything within walking distance, because the apartment is situated so centrally. We also enjoyed the small balcony for breakfast and rest after a tiring day!

We purchased the apartment in 2009 after falling in love with the beautiful, vibrant and historic city of Montpellier. It is such a magical place with so much on offer while also within easy reach of the surrounding countryside and picturesque French villages and the Mediterranean coastline.

The apartment was newly built in 2009 in an existing building in the very heart of the Ecusson - the historic centre of Montpellier. While the Haussmann style building is bursting with classical charm, the apartment benefits from a modern fixtures including a lift which is rare in older French apartment buildings. But the jewel in the crown of this apartment is the stunning balcony that offers beautiful views over one of Montpellier's most famous squares.

Step out the front door of the building and you will be on a beautiful square with lovely French cafes and restaurants. There is so much to do within an easy stroll of the apartment but if you prefer to stay in you can watch the action from the balcony with a glass of local wine - the Languedoc-Roussillon region is a major wine producer with Vin de Pays d'Oc and sparkling Crémant de Limoux among its best-known varieties.
