This spacious former forge features a large, fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor (dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle, microwave, ...) that opens onto the dining area and living room.

Upstairs, the landing leads to three bright bedrooms with brand-new bedding:

- A master suite with a king-size bed (160x200), a private bathroom with a shower, and a WC.
- A bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- A family bedroom with a double bed (140x190) and two single beds (90x190), one of which is bunked above the double bed.
The upper floor also includes a bathroom with a shower and a large sink, as well as a separate WC.

The large courtyard completes this place, featuring a table, chairs, a parasol, and a barbecue.
