- 2nd guest bedroom has a full queen and plush xl bed.
- Thoughtfully landscaped back yard with new grill with lots of outdoor furniture and picnic tables.
- Enjoy yard games behind a 8 foot privacy fence.
- Parking is not a Issue at this property.
- Bike(two new bikes provided) or walk to the main square - Brewpub, Coffee Shops, and the Science Mill.
- Walking path one block away leads to the JC park, public pool and playscape.
- Enjoy the shade of a large live oak, several pecan trees and the fruit of a peach tree in the summer.
- Work and Play inside and out with wireless internet.
- LBJ National Park and Facilities across main road from house - $6 entrance fee.

Great place for wineries

The house was comfortable and I was grateful our dogs could stay with us for our one month stay. The only thing that would make it perfect would be if the fenced yard connected to the back door.

Super cute house

Super cute house in Johnson City. The town isn’t big, but the house was still conveniently located, while in a quiet area. Comfortable beds, good wifi, and nice outdoor space. Would definitely stay here again.

We liked that it is in a very quiet neighborhood. It was also in good range to many of the places we wanted to go to. We would definitely rent it again if we are in the hill country again someday.

Perfect Johnson City Retreat

We had a wonderful weeklong stay at this charming cottage. The location is in a quiet neighborhood but close and easy access to the main roads. The house has lovely outdoor spaces and the interior is very well appointed. Lots of natural light inside and having covered parking was a plus too. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great stay, great manager - nice house

This is a great old home that’s been newly remodeled. All new appliances and bathroom were quite nice. We stayed three nights with 8 people and had plenty of room. The manager was great to communicate with and very helpful. The town was nice and quaint with easy access to the state park and Enchanted Rock. We’d definitely stay there again.

You thought of everything!

I wanted to thank you for allowing us to stay in your home. It was even better than advertised. The natural light in this house made every morning feel warm and welcoming – even in the rain. The property was well cared for, clean and comfortable. From the bar and chilled martini glasses waiting in the freezer at arrival to the option to watch a movie on Prime – everything about this place says that you want your guest to be at home and enjoy their experience. Every time I thought that I may have forgotten something that might cause a moment of stress, all that I had to do was look around. The charging station was wonderful and something that is NOT normally found in most rentals – so thank you for thinking of that (you saved me)! My kids really enjoyed your wifi speed and availability and they quit frowning about 5 minutes after arrival – and even began smiling after a visit to the nearby skate park. This was convenient to all of the places and things that we were trying to pack in to our getaway and made coming back in off of an outing seamless so we could get back out to the next one. Sleeping arrangements were wonderful and comfortable and I don’t think that we could ever have run out of towels – and now my husband wants me to get him these large bath sheets for home! Thank you again and we will be returning.
