A beautiful Spanish style home only one block from world famous Carpinteria State Beach. Featuring a swimming pool and jacuzzi, chef's kitchen, artist's studio, three bedrooms and three full bathrooms. The home is an art aficionado's dream with a stunning custom designed art studio overlooking the pool and garden. Walking distance to everything! The beach, downtown, shops, the library, dining and a Cappuccino. This is the perfect spot to hang up the car keys for a much deserved vacation!

An art enthusiast's haven

Our stay felt extra special--the artwork in this home is fantastic. This beautiful home with its extraordinary master suite was the perfect beach refuge for art-loving adults in Carpinteria.

Idyllic

What a beautiful stay at this home from home! A very short stroll into town and the Sandy beach. Sunny afternoons spent in the pool surrounded by well attended tropical plants. Followed by a dip in the jacuzzi ! The house was well equipped for everything we needed and the best neighbours too !!!!

Lovely Home!

We felt honored to stay at the residence. The owner is an Artist and prolific collector. The house was wonderful. Morning walks on the beach close by and afternoon time in the backyard pool area. The property manager stayed in very close contact with us answering any questions we had swiftly. Thank You!

Carpinteria Beach House

Beautiful modern home located a block from the beach with a pool. The master bedroom has a wonderful balcony and walk in shower. The host Linda contacted us upon arrival and made sure everything was good. The town of Carpinteria has many wonderful restaurants, our favorite is Giannfranco's Trattoria. Make a reservation and sit in the back patio. The town in dog friendly but the beach has a no animal ordinance. A great family trip.

Left a day early dues to some issues.

We went for a full week but left a day early. The house is beautiful but very very eclectic artsy. The manager was very responsive and kind. There was a ton of street asphalt paving going on and local home construction daily. Smell and noise not fun. Walking to beach and little town was wonderful! Biggest issues, master bed was way to hard to sleep comfortably. The pool and spa had so much pollen in them that even with constantly running the filter they were unusable for anyone with allergies. Same thing with sitting outside, too much pollen from the tree in the back yard to use without having an allergy attack. If the owners fix the bed and the pollen from their tree, I would have given it a 5 star.

Thank you so much for the feedback. We have a new king size bed in the primary suite & that lovely tree was removed because of the pollen.
