Everything was great! The condo is beautiful and we love Carpinteria. The whole process was smooth, even when we needed to update our reservation dates it was easy. We had a good time and will be back!

Fantastic long weekend at this wonderful condo. Clean, bright, airy and steps to the beach. The weather was perfect and the unit had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We will definitely come back!

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

We truly loved our stay here in Carpinteria. Linda was the perfect host -- quick with responses and helpful. The place was so well stocked (kitchen, beach things, etc). and an easy walk to the beach. Such a fun little town for us to explore. We cannot wait to come back!

This is a comfortable condo conveniently located within 1 block of the beach, a marsh to view birds and wildlife, and an easy walk into downtown Carpinteria where there are many quaint shops and a variety of restaurants. It has a well equipped kitchen, a new electric grill on the patio, and everything you need to spend the day at the beach. The condo complex has a two pools and hot tub. Parking is free and convenient. The owner is friendly, helpful and quick to respond. My husband and I had a lovely time.

Charming one Block from Beach Condo

We loved staying at this beach condo. We had our family stay and enjoyed the beach, charming Carpinteria, and nice weather. We are planning on staying at the beach condo each summer for our family vacation. Loved that the Carpinteria Salt March was right across the street. No buildings across the street, just nature. From the patio you can see the beach and walk to it in less than 5 minutes. Very restful and pleasant time for all of us. Easy check in, comfortable and very clean and charming space. Loved that we could watch local Santa Barbara news. Excellent choices in every way. Highly recommend.

Another wonderful holiday in Carpinteria. We come every year and try to stay in Linda's condo as it is almost like a 2nd home. Beautifully decorated, lovely views from the patio and really well equipped. Everyone in the complex as a whole is very friendly. Thank you!

Weekend getaway - family

Four of us - adults with teens. Had a great time. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The kitchen is well stocked as well. I recommend for a beach vacay.

Best place in Carp

My family has visited Carp every summer for 16 years. While we have stayed at many VRBO’s this one undoubtedly takes the cake. Every owner could learn a lot from Linda.In addition to being immaculately clean, the unit was stocked with literally everything you could possibly want or need, and I mean everything. Just bring your clothing and toothbrush.Seriously.The location is perfect. Right across from the beach and in walking distance to town.Linda is a phenomenal host, and responded quickly to our text messages.If you’re debating where to stay, pull the trigger on this one!

Great Place!

Love Carp, and this spot was completely as advertised. Beach is right outside, and still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Linda was a fantastic host with clear instructions and communication. Highly recommended, for sure.

It's an amazing beach where kids of all ages can splash, swim, boogie board, surf, and just play in the sand! We love that it's easy to walk or ride bikes to get around the cozy town. Once we arrive we don't have to drive to get around!
