We greatly enjoyed our spring break in Carpinteria. Great location next to the beach that was perfect for three of us. We enjoyed sunsets on the beach, walks to the seal sanctuary, Anacapa island shoreline cruise, ice cream and tacos in Carp, sightseeing and lunch on the wharf in Santa Barbara. Pool and hot tub were not available during our stay and some work was being done on the building, but the owner clearly communicated that in advance and it did not cause us any issues during our stay. Kitchen is well stocked and the condo is very clean. Check in and check out were very easy and the owner communicated these items very clearly. Highly recommended if you want a quiet beach getaway!

This property was perfect for our family. The property had two bedrooms with comfortable beds, a lovely patio for afternoon sunshine and happy hour drinks, and was equipped with everything we needed to make our own meals. Beach towels and beach chairs were provided. The location was perfect right across the street from the beach and walking trails along a salt marsh nature park. Linda, our host was great about responding to any needs we had. The property was easy to access and find. Street parking was easy and convenient. We are looking forward to visiting again soon.

We truly loved our stay here in Carpinteria. Linda was the perfect host -- quick with responses and helpful. The place was so well stocked (kitchen, beach things, etc). and an easy walk to the beach. Such a fun little town for us to explore. We cannot wait to come back!

Such a great stay with family in Carpinteria this year! The place we stayed at was so roomy and comfortable, had everything we could need. Definitely will be back next year.

Another wonderful holiday in Carpinteria. We come every year and try to stay in Linda's condo as it is almost like a 2nd home. Beautifully decorated, lovely views from the patio and really well equipped. Everyone in the complex as a whole is very friendly. Thank you!

This place was exactly as listed! Linda was an excellent host and great communicator. The place was nicely decorated and furnished with everything you could imagine, and more. Beds were comfortable, sheets and towels excellent quality. We would recommend this place to anyone and hope we can stay there again if needed. Parking area was gated which helped us on the weekend when traffic pickedUp for the beach people. Pool and hot tub were nice too. Loved the patio area and would have used it more except we had rain.. Highly recommend this property!!

Great spot!

The condo was as described and perfect for our family of 3. Location was fantastic for beach access and walking into town. The hosts thought of everything a family could want - games, beach chairs, sand toys and a very comfortable stay. We can’t wait to stay again!

Weekend getaway - family

Four of us - adults with teens. Had a great time. The location is perfect - so close to the beach. Condo is stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards etc. The kitchen is well stocked as well. I recommend for a beach vacay.

Perfect Location

This property is literally steps from the beach. Our family of four enjoyed our stay for beach time, a trip to the Channel Islands, and cooking in. Highly recommend!

It's an amazing beach where kids of all ages can splash, swim, boogie board, surf, and just play in the sand! We love that it's easy to walk or ride bikes to get around the cozy town. Once we arrive we don't have to drive to get around!
