On the ground floor is the living area with fully-equipped kitchenette (2 induction hobs, extractor hood, traditional coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, washing machine), dining table for 5, corner sofa, connected TV, shower room with WC (towel dryer) and access to the rear terrace with garden furniture.
Upstairs are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (2x90x200), one with bunk beds (2x90x190) and a single bed (90x190), and a shower room with separate WC.

In Narbonne-Plage, the Karantes district is located halfway between the port and the centre of the resort, right next to a vineyard. It's a quiet area on the edge of large unspoilt natural spaces, close to the large sandy beach. In summer, the Place des Karantes offers a number of nearby shops and a friendly restaurant.
