Yes, it was that bad

This is the owner's main residence, and it is obvious that he lives here full time and rents it on game weekends. The overwhelming smell of cigar smoke about knocked us out as soon as I opened the door. I don't even know where to begin on the lack of cleanliness of the place - It was NOT clean - there was hair on the walls in the showers, spider webs in the corners of at the ceilings, layers of dust. There were used bars of soap in the showers. I feel pretty confident that the sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were not fresh/clean - they were wrinkled and looked like they had been slept on. The refrigerator and stove were nasty. They were old appliances that had grease build up and grime all over them. The utensils, hot pads and dish towels in the drawers were disgustingly dirty. The towels in the bathrooms appeared to be old and stained. When we got home, we had to wash EVERYTHING that we took with us because it reeked of cigar smoke smell.

Great location. Clean. Highly recommend. No issues other than closets and drawers were full of clothing of home owner. So we lived out of luggage.

Great location!

Loved the location. Condo was perfect size. Decorated very nice. The pictures don’t do the deck justice. It was soooo nice!!! Overall very pleased and would stay again.

Nice stay

Small property. Bedding, towels, and essentials all provided. Slight smoke smell lingering. Otherwise adequate for weekend in Oxford. Lovely back patio and neighborhood.

Great rental! Close to square.

We came down for game weekend and it worked great. Condo is a very short walk to the square. Everything was clean and communicating with owner was dry easy. Condo is on the small side, but perfect for two couples!
