Thanks Rob I try to equip all three units (967490, 4224042, 7519371) with everything a guest would need. I cater to foodies who like to cook there own meals, the vacationer who wants to eat out most nights and everything in between. No need to worry about beach equipment or renting bikes I have it all. My goal as your local travel expert is to ensure you have great vacation at the best beach in Florida.

Updated inside, quiet area and pleasant stay!

The condo is as described in the listing, but it was really nice to be just off the Daytona shores busy road. Made easy entry and exit while still being convenient to local restaurants and attractions.

Over the past 15 years, we've stayed at a number of places along the beach in Central Florida. This place was one of our best experiences. The condo is in great shape, nicely appointed, with top-floor oceanfront views. The host responds quickly to communication and she checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was perfect. We're booked again for next year, and we can't wait.

Our family of four had an amazing time at this condo. The location is great with lots to do! Easy access to and from the beach and was not busy at all! There are games to play and plenty of toys to use. The appliances were very nice and new. The view alone is worth the booking!

We loved our ocean front condo stay! The condo was easy to access, clean, updated, and tastefully decorated. We were able to use it like our home because it had every amenity needed. Beautiful quiet beach and condo was in close proximity to the lighthouse, dock, and restaurants. Sandy was a great host; just a text away if we needed anything and quick to respond. Excellent condo, well equipped, superb location

Accurately described for both the condo and the location; clean and well maintained. Sunrise in the morning / sunset in the evening for photographers. Would recommend. Restaurants - North Turn - next door; Ocean Deck - Daytona Beach; Seasons 52, Orlando (a little further away). Great for long walks along the beach. It was lovely to see the dolphins on a few occasions.

Relaxing Get Away - Beautiful Views

Pat’s Paradise at Eastwind Condo was perfect. The condo is beautifully decorated and has all the necessary items that make the stay feel like home. Views from the balcony are awesome and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed. The beach at the Eastwind is a no drive beach with plenty of room to spread out with your blanket, chair or umbrella. Plenty of room low tide and high tide. The pool at the condo is clean and plenty of chairs and tables for all. This is our 2nd time at Eastwind and staying at Sandy’s condos which are always a great choice.

Easy and Unmatched!

Family of 4 - two kids 10 and 14 - absolutely loved it. Unit had everything you needed for a great vacation. Unit was clean, comfortable and well located. Highly recommended! Spending our summers in a cottage on the ocean, we are use to waves and view .. however, nothing beats waking up and having breakfast in the morning sun, while looking out over the ocean. Great way to start the day. This was EASY vacation because of the services offered thru VRBO and the great unit offered by the renter!

Pat’s Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at Pat's Paradise. We enjoyed the spectacular view from the 7th floor! We enjoyed the beautiful sunrises and moon rises over the ocean from the balcony and we saw some amazing sunsets, just by stepping out the front door. The condo is in a great location, near restaurants and on a quiet no drive beach. We hosted Thanksgiving dinner for our family and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. The condo itself is nicely decorated and has everything you need. Sandy is a great host, very quick to reply to any questions we had. We felt perfectly at home and will definitely visit again!

Owners & Host, Sandy Beach Vacay, LLC My story will sound familiar. For many years I was a software sales professional and “road warrior.” You know the type (maybe you ARE the type). Bags packed all the time. Room service a given. Living out of a suitcase as I traveled from client to client to install the latest IT solution or handle the latest tech crisis. The pressure was on. All.The.Time. Over the last 20 years, I logged more than 1,000 stays in hotels all over the country. Along the way, I learned a LOT about what makes for a great “on the road” experience -- from booking and check-in, to hospitality and customer service. I also found that once I got home, I wanted nothing more than to head for the beach where I could finally decompress and relax. There’s just something about ocean waves and the surf crashing onto a sandy beach tinted by a setting sun. It calms the mind. I began to think about creating a “home away” experience for people who could enjoy all the perks of being away while staying in a homey setting close to a beach. I bought this investment property to enjoy with family, friends and to host potential guests.. I take pride in the unit having renovated every room and make sure it has all the state of the art amenities. Making sure you have a GREAT vacation in this premier condo is my #1 priority. You can reach me 24 x 7 for any questions or concerns.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I chose Ponce Inlet because of the no-traffic beaches and quiet community. The beaches are less crowded, family oriented and close enough to most major Central Florida attractions (Daytona shores, Disney and Daytona Racing).

この宿泊施設の特徴

Steps to the beach, restaurant next door, no drive part of Ponce Inlet, quiet area, centrally located to major attractions in Daytona.
