Enjoy a spacious and private stay at King’s Encore Retreat, a retreat inspired by the spirit of “The King,” located on the scenic Holiday Hills Golf Course just minutes from Branson Landing, dining, shopping, and downtown attractions.

This 1,388 sq ft condominium-style retreat features two king beds, including a distinctive round king, and a layout designed for comfort, gathering, and extended stays. The space showcases bold, retro rock and roll–inspired decor, creating a fun and memorable atmosphere that reflects Branson’s live entertainment culture.

The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and all essential cookware — perfect for preparing meals after a day on the course or exploring Branson. A washer and dryer provide added convenience.

Two full bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi tub and a tub/shower combination, offer flexibility and relaxation for your group.

Relax with three flat-screen TVs and fast, reliable WiFi, or step out onto one of two private balconies overlooking the peaceful golf course setting.

Additional entertainment features include two pinball machines, adding to the unique and playful experience of the space.

One of the coolest places we’ve stayed at!

Absolutely loved the kitchen table that lit up like a real car. My daughter played the pin ball machine. I brought a jar full of quarters. She mentioned how comfortable her bed was & the location was perfect for us! We will be back if we ever visit Branson again.

Introducing teens to Elvis

Teens wanted to be in Branson for a SlammedEnough car show so we found this gem to stay in. At first they were in shock but a few lessons in pin ball and juke box playlists won them over. The neighborhood was amazing!!! It’s on the slower side of 76 and just 5 mins from the landing. Indoor and outdoor pools are great and will keep us coming back. Communication with owner was easy and he provided all codes ahead of time for a flawless check in. What a great weekend!!!

Elvis Condo/King Condo II

We were happy with the condo for the most part. It was disappointing that the games required quarters considering how much we were paying to stay. We have never had to pay for games provided before staying here. Also, bed in master was awful, so hard and there was pink mildew 10” up on the master shower curtain. Condo flooded while we were there and no offer to move or discount was made.

Elvis Paradise

Our mouths fell open when we walked thru the door. We were stunned by how FUN and Elvisy it was!!! We barely left the room bc we enjoyed it so. The game room was fabulous. Beds were comfy. We did decide the floor was in need of a swiffer maybe but we didnt care. LOL. There was no ice so we did have to go get some. But we had the best time and enjoyed the ladies and gentlemen at the desk. So very kind and helpful. We would do it again.

Great stay in a cozy place with a nice Elvis Tribute

My overall stay was enjoyable. The staff was great and I loved the Elvis theme. The location is great providing quick access to lots of attractions. I do, unfortunately, have to point out a couple downsides: One, the property that I originally booked and paid for...turned out not to be available, but they reacted quickly and set us up in the "Penthouse" suite, which was great. The penthouse had a living/sleeping area with two bedrooms and a bed in the living room area. Worked out great for a family of 4 with 2 kids. It also came with a separate bar/game room area with a pool table and other Elvis themed items...but the AC was broken so it was super hot in there - we were only able to take advantage of the room one night as it was just too hot. A couple other minor things were off, but I looked past them, because again - overall we enjoyed the stay.

Fun property, not super clean

The Elivis decorations were better than expected. we loved the property, it was not as clean as it should have been. Both toilets had either poop or vomit splatters and you can tell they had not been cleaned. There was mold on the shower curtain. And hair and dirt on the floors. The roomba was dead in the middle of the dining room when we arrived so thats probably why there was still hair and dirt on the floors. The master bedroom had a stain on the top blanket. I contacted the host earlier that day to see if we could get into the property early and they never responded. I contacted them a second time on check in day about the cleanliness of the property and sent photos and I still never got a response. The last day of our stay I contacted VRBO about the cleanliness and about the host not responding and they said they would reach out to the host and have them contact me. Still never heard back. The property was great but definitely could have been cleaner.
