In the heart of Long Beach Island (LBI) in Ship Bottom. Enjoy a stylish vacation just a few houses from the beach in this recently renovated 2-BR Condo. This top floor of an adorable Cape Cod will satisfy all of your families needs w/ kids nook, crib and 2 Bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen). This Condo is just a stones throw away from the beach! It also welcomes a brand new outdoor shower w/ changing room. A great deck w/ both a sitting & dining area. WE REQUIRE ALL GUESTS TO BRING THEIR OWN LINENS & TOWELS.

Really cute property. Great location. Would be great if they reconsidered offering linens and towels and insured there were a sponge/ drying towels for kitchen.

This place is on the beach block. Very clean and very comfortable. Host was available immediately for a question. We are talking about coming to this place every year.

We really did have an excellent stay in Ship Bottom. The condo is very cute and generally well stocked. It's the perfect size for our little family (kids ages almost 4 and almost 6). They loved the toys, books, and games, especially the swingset! We brought a lot of beach supplies but there were plenty in the shed. The location is perfect - very short walking distance to the beach, mini golf, and some great food/coffee. A little further, but still okay to walk to Wawa and CVS. We quickly felt very at home and would definitely stay here again!

Great location and very comfortable stay. 1-2 minute walk (1/2 block) to the beach; 5-10 minutes to restaurants etc. My kids (2 & 4) loved the toys, kids nook and swing set. Enclosed backyard was perfect for the kids. Well stocked place even had a shed full of beach gear (chairs, umbrellas, bikes, kids beach toys). Comfortable beds, clean and very livable, not cramped even with two kids. I would definitely recommend a stay and will likely try to rebook this place for next summer!

Cozy place in a great location

This was a perfect place for our family. It was in a very convenient location and a quick walk to the beach. The owners were very responsive when we had questions. It is a little tight for a family of four, but we really enjoyed the location and condo.

We LOVE Coming here! 3 Years Strong

We can't say enough about how great this place is! Our 4.5 year old son loves coming here! It's literally 3 houses from the beach entrance and has all the comforts of a kid-friendly home. The new playset in the backyard was a great addition for this year; a nice surprise! We love eating breakfast on the porch and the beds are so comfy! The jogging stroller, beach chairs, badges, and beach toys save us every time! Brett was super responsive throughout our trip and checked-in on us during this heat wave! Perfect for our family of three!

Quick getaway

We had an amazing time getting back to Ship Bottom and this house was a large part of it. From a very functional space with good room.and plenty for kids to do!

Family Getaway

The “Happy House” was exactly that and exceeded what we could imagine. The description of the rental was very accurate with everything that was included. It was a great location right by the beach and walking to stores and restaurants. The house had plenty of amazing extras for our 2 young kids (3 and 1). It was amazing having a crib, high chair, etc. The play-set in the backyard and the kids nook in the house were amazing features!

Fabulous little beach house

I stayed here with my husband, Mother-in-law, and two month old for a family wedding weekend. The house was perfect for us! So clean and beautifully decorated. Although it was a rainy September weekend, we still had a cozy weekend inside. Our son is still little, but the house was perfectly equipped for children with plenty of books and toys. The owners were also extremely communicative and helpful. We would love to come back!

LBI Get-Away

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our second floor stay at this cottage. The convenience of getting to the beach was fantastic as well as the back deck. While the place was decorated nicely in a super cute beach theme, we feel that a few things are missing from the kitchen, such as a decent frying pan and sharp knives. Also, the tv was extremely difficult to use. A manual would have been useful. I would recommend this place for a family with small children. Plenty of equipment for small children.

Great stay, clean and just enough room

Our family of 5 (14yr, 15yr, 9yr) just stayed here this weekend. The location was great and the house was very clean. There is a play area inside the master and my 9year old opted to bring a folding mattress and have her own hide out bedroom. The sleeper sofa was one of the best I’ve seen. We did not need beach things but took a look and everything was there if we needed. The outside shower has a full enclosure so I was also comfortable having my daughter get clean out there which was helpful with 5 people and one bathroom.

Perfect midweek getaway

Such a charming, perfect cottage for a stay in the sun. Great location, such easy access to the beach. Very clean property and wonderful responsive host (even when you ask dumb questions). Would definitely stay there again!

Happy to be Back!

Happy to be back our second year in a row in this wonderfully located condo, with everything you could possibly need in either walking distance or a short drive! Grateful for the beach chairs, toys, and strollers in the shed. My 3.5 year old loved being back at "the beach house". Only complaint was that the condo didn't seem as clean and maintained as our stay last year, but was understandable as this place books FAST. Hope to be back again next year!

Week Long Beach Vacation

My wife, son, and I loved this house. It was a 2 minute walk to the beach entrance (life-saver when you're the family pack mule). Being able to get on and off the beach so quickly and have a home base to relax at for lunch was amazing. Walking distance to so many fun restaurants and breakfast shops. We will absolutely look to re-book next year!

We were traveling with a 2 year old. This house was child friendly, all accommodations needed for traveling with a toddler where met. Street was quite and a perfect distance from the beach. Beds where comfortable. Would have liked a bigger tv with cable or some way to cast to the tv. Bikes, beach accessories all included.

Great location and communication

Everything was as advertised. Prompt responses from the owners with all questions prior to check-in, during the stay and right through check-out. Short walk to the beach, dining, convenience store, shopping etc.

Perfect

Checked out today and it was perfect. In town for a wedding and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The location is perfect, so cozy, clean and beautifully decorated. I actually felt like I was at home.

Perfect little getaway

We spent three nights here in August and it was perfect for our family. The location was perfect, walking distance to restaurants, ice cream and mini golf, and best of all maybe a 1 min walk to beach entrance. The condo was clean, had everything we needed, and was adorably decorated with bright beachy colors. My 12 year old son, who spends a lot of time on pull out beds when we travel (due to having 2 sisters) said the pull out sleeper sofa was the most comfortable he has ever slept on 10/10! Would definitely recommend to others, and come back!

This is a very cute recently renovated condo that's very close to the beach w/ ocean views. Hardwood floors, Smart TV, Wifi, washer & dryer.

This property is right off the causeway so it's very easy to get on and off the island. We are a stones throw away from the beach, which makes for a great location. The condo is recently renovated and has a big backyard. It is VERY kid & family friendly w/ a kids nook, books, games & toys. It also has a high chair, crib and lots of beach toys for the family. We are walking distance to many great restaurants & shops. Has foam mattresses on all three beds to ensure a good night's sleep.
