UNIT #1: Looking for a get away in an oceanfront building that's affordable for a couple or small family? This beautiful, pet friendly, (dogs only) 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is in an oceanfront building and features breathtaking ocean and bay views from the rooftop deck!

This listing is for Unit #1 which is a STREET FACING unit with gorgeous OCEAN VIEWS from the top deck as pictured. This adorable, updated pet friendly 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom (plus private outside shower) condo is in an oceanfront building just 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and is best sized for a couple or small family. This is a cozy oceanfront building with only 4 units. This Unit, #1, is STREET FACING from the lower deck with gorgeous and relaxing ocean views as pictured from the private roof deck! Queen bed in the primary bedroom and a second bedroom with a twin over full bunk-bed. Just steps to a wide, lifeguarded beach!

Quiet neighborhood that is 2 blocks south of the Beach Haven border and only a 3 minute drive (or 5 minute bike ride) to Fantasy Island, Thundering Surf water park, MANY restaurants, homemade doughnuts, bagels, mini-golf, escape room and all the fun and food of Beach Haven! To book use Instant Booking. If bringing a dog, remember to check the box for adding a dog to the reservation at the time of booking. Availability and rates are kept up to date on this site.

Amenities include a 65" smart TV, a gas grill, Wi-Fi, ductless A/C and heat, 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs, a wide, lifeguarded beach in front of condo with beach access right next to the building, outside private shower, private roof deck area (not shared) & 2 parking spaces. Pillows and quilts included, bring your own sheets and towels or rent from a local linen company like LBIdreammakers.

A clean comfortable stay, quiet area in a nice neighborhood at the south end of the island.and the roof top deck provoded a great view of the surf. The host was easily reachable for every question and concern, it was a wonderful carefree stay.

The unit was very clean and nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others. Public beach access was steps away from the unit and rooftop deck offered water views to enjoy early morning sunrises and afternoon sunsets.

Wonderful stay. Great views on the rooftop. Off-peak (we stayed late September) benefits like low traffic and plenty of room on the beach outweighed any negatives, like some restaurants and attractions being closed. We lucked out with mostly great weather. Property was clean and comfy and well appointed.

Perfect getaway

Perfect getaway

This is a perfect condo for a relaxing getaway. It was beautiful and clean and had thoughtful amenities. The owner provided many details about the condo and had ideas and recommendations for what to do on the area.

Great Getaway . . .

We had a small technical issue when we checked in, but it was quickly remedied. Whitney was great to communicate with, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was very clean and had everything we needed. We will be back to stay again.

Gorgeous views and comfy setting

The apartment is everything you see in the photos and more. It had plenty of room for two adults, two teen boys, and our pup. The views from the rooftop are amazing. The interior feels like it has been renovated recently. Very cozy and plenty of room for a family. You’ll love it. We’ll be back for sure.

Clean, modern, comfy, everything you need and steps from the beach that has a ramp. Rooftop deck a plus as well as the roomy front porch. Great place to unwind inna quiet neighborhood!

Updated, clean, beautiful place (where dogs are allowed!). Property owner very responsive, clean, nicely appropriated condo. Bonus that dogs are allowed! Super happy with our stay. Bike ride to the Beach haven action, but far enough away it’s nice and quiet. Ocean and bay views. Definitely recommend!!

Perfect Time Away

I rented this condo for four days and it was really stunning. It was well equipped, spotless and had very comfortable furniture. The best was also dealing with Whitney, she is absolutely wonderful. I had a couple issues really unrelated to the condo and she was so helpful.
