This enchanting, well-appointed 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom retreat is situated on the 2nd floor of a charming 3-story building, offering a delightful blend of comfort and style.

The condo is designed with an open concept living area, perfect for fostering a social atmosphere where everyone can bond and enjoy shared activities. This charming condo features a fully-equipped kitchen complete with all essential cooking utilities. Each bathroom comes equipped with an array of amenities including shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and plush towels, designed to cater to all your personal needs.

Relax in the comfort of the tastefully adorned bedrooms, each fitted with new beds (one king-sized bed and two twin beds) and fresh new bedding, promising a replenishing night`s sleep.

For your convenience, I reside in the same building and am readily available for any assistance you may need. The Sea Horse Condo is not just a place to stay, it`s your perfect beachside vacation experience, offering an array of beach gear including chairs, towels, toys, boogie boards, and a surfboard for your seaside adventures.

The Beach Colony, renowned for its long stretch of pristine white sandy beaches, is a haven for water lovers. The enticing waves are perfect for boogie boarding and surfing, while also offering a gentle shore break for the little ones.

Conveniently located, you can easily explore quaint Del Mar or journey north to the charm of Cedros/Solana Beach. The Race Track/Fairgrounds are less than a mile away and shopping, dining, and freeway access are within easy reach.

Seize the opportunity to explore on foot - whether it`s the beach, the town, shopping, dining or the renowned Fairgrounds. For attractions further afield, a car ride or Uber/Lift is advisable. Public transport, including a bus stop and the Coaster/Sunliner train station, is conveniently positioned within walking distance.

For your laundry needs, the condo features a combo washing machine designed for light loads. Alternatively, coin-operated machines are available within the building for larger loads of laundry.

Great stay in Del Mar. Comfortable beds, lovely decor and space. Could use a non stick pan for making eggs but otherwise had everything I needed to cook meals. Would love to stay here again.

We had a great time during our stay! Condo had everything we needed to accommodate traveling with 2 kids, particularly a wagon and beach items to use, which was hassel free and convenient. Beach was a 3 min walk! Great communication with Gina, which made us feel welcomed. The condo was clean and beautifuly decorated. We hope to be back again!

Solid Condo Near the Beach

Pros - I won’t go into much detail on the pros as they’re fairly obvious. Everything you see in the listing is accurate. Small two bedroom condo in a quiet location with easy beach access, and your own parking spot!Cons. These are somewhat nitpicky as the overall property is very good. - When we arrived the door to the condo was wide open. The owner answered my call, but didn’t think it was a big deal. Just that the cleaners must have left it open. Overall it was fine, but a slightly disconcerting start to our stay. - It was great to have a selection of beach toys and a wagon included. However, the storage closet is very overcrowded with a lot of old and unnecessary items. It was difficult to get anything in or out. - It’s a decent walk away from the main town, which you have to go to if you want food. Not too bad for adults, but tough for young kids.

Place nice. Location OK.

Condo was nice. It was clean. Very quiet space except when you could hear neighbors upstairs and doors creaking loudly. Location ok. It did rain quite a bit while there so did limit us on what we could do or walk to around us. Beach close but “downtown” Del Mar not. Way more driving needed than expected. It was also cold and heater inside didn’t really heat whole space. Just bedroom it was in. A bit of a musty sewer smell in bathroom when we arrived and either went away or got used to it. Place was well stocked with all the things you would need or want. Well maintained and communication great.

Del Mar fairgrounds visit

Our family of four (kids age 5 and 10) stayed at this condo to attend an event at the Del Mar Fairgrounds in January. The condo worked out perfectly for what we were doing. Close to the fairgrounds, close to the beach, easy access to nearby restaurants, grocery, coffee, etc. I liked the layout of the condo and it had everything we needed. Accessing the property was easy. Parking was easy. WiFi was good. Since we were there in January we didn’t take advantage of the beach supplies, but we did spend some time at the beach, which was really nice and clean. We also liked the nearby park that is just off the beach. This area has a lot of dog walkers and everyone was very nice.

Great Location!

Such a great location for families. We were able to walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. All delivery services available within 10/15min for last minute supplies and food. Such a cute super clean condo. So many things to do (the track, beach, amenities) within walking distance.

This was a comfortable property for a few adult girl friends getting together over a long holiday weekend. It was clean and in a great location to the village and beach. Property management was efficient and friendly to work with online and our overall experience was exceptional.

Fantastic 4-Day weekend in Del Mar

This property is just as presented in the listing. The host, Gina, was very responsive and hospitable. We love Del Mar and the long walks on the beach. This propery is one block off the beach giving the perfect access to everything we need. Great area for running along the beach and walking to some of the best restaurants. The area is very safe for all ages. I recommend this property.

Fun Getaway

The property was just as described. Great location, beautiful property, clean and well decorated. We had a great time during our mini vacation. We were a short walk to the dog beach which is lovely around 5-6pm. We were minutes from restaurants. I highly recommend this rental.
