We personally stay in and care for all of our properties. All of our condos are well maintained, newly renovated corner units located in high-demand areas, including this beachfront condo located next to world-famous Pineapple Willy’s in Panama City Beach, Florida.

You are viewing one of the best and rarest combinations at Shores of Panama — a low-floor, inner-corner beachfront unit with both east and west views of the beach. Enjoy sunrises, sunsets, and full pool views, something many units at Shores do not offer. This condo also includes two deeded parking spaces: one on the ground level (the only oversized parking level) and one on the third floor, which is the same level as the condo. No circling for parking and no elevator waits. There are stairs located next to the unit leading directly to the beach and pool, as well as stairs from the garage. You can park and walk straight to the condo, making this unit rare and in very high demand.
Shores of Panama is one of the most well-known resorts in Panama City Beach. It is located steps from Pineapple Willy’s, and Walmart is directly across the street for groceries and essentials. Nearby attractions include Ripley’s Believe It or Not, WonderWorks, Shipwreck Island Waterpark, multiple mini-golf courses, go-kart tracks, and many restaurants offering dine-in, carry-out, and drive-through options.

Primary renter must be 25 years of age or older. We offer shorter stays to help guests with smaller budgets, but reservations must either connect directly to another booking or leave a minimum 3-night gap before or after your stay. We do not allow 1- or 2-night standalone bookings. If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot leave unusable gaps between bookings. Resort Fee:
Shores of Panama charges a $100 resort fee, payable directly to the resort. Online pre-registration is required for parking passes and resort wristbands.
Construction Notice:
Shores of Panama will be undergoing construction from Fall 2025 through Spring 2026. Construction noise may be present at times, and the balcony may be temporarily closed and inaccessible during portions of this period.
