Beachfront Calypso Resort – Tower 2 West Corner Unit

Unobstructed Gulf Views | Steps to Pier Park | Owner Managed

PLEASE READ BOOKING REQUIREMENTS AT THE BOTTOM BEFORE REQUESTING TO BOOK

Book directly with the owners and avoid unnecessary middleman or broker fees. We are a small, family-run business and personally stay in and maintain all of our properties to ensure they are clean, updated, and accurately represented.

This newly renovated west corner unit is located directly on the beach at Calypso Resort – Tower 2, the most desirable tower at Calypso and the closest to Pier Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.
Prime Location at Calypso Resort

Calypso Resort consists of three towers:
Tower 3 is across the street and is not beachfront.
Tower 1 is beachfront but is farthest from Pier Park, and west corner views are obstructed by Tower 2.
Tower 2 (THIS UNIT) is beachfront, closest to Pier Park, and features a beachside pool with unobstructed westward views.

From the living room or balcony, enjoy panoramic views of:
The Gulf of Mexico
Pier Park and the pier
Fireworks shows
Ironman events
Volleyball tournaments
Parades and special events
Stunning sunsets stretching all the way to Destin

This location offers open beachfront all the way to the pier and is considered the best view and positioning at Calypso.

Parking Information
Calypso allows up to two parking passes per unit
Parking is first come, first served
$60 per vehicle for the duration of the stay, paid to the resort

IMPORTANT BOOKING REQUIREMENTS – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
Minimum renter age: 25
The primary renter must stay at the unit
No one- or two-night stays
To help guests with smaller budgets, we do not require a seven-night minimum stay. However, one of the following must apply:
Your reservation must butt directly up to another existing reservation, OR
Your stay must leave a minimum three-night gap before or after your reservation
If this requirement is not met, the reservation will be canceled. We cannot leave unbookable nights in between stays to accommodate a reservation.
Please do not request to book if you cannot meet this requirement.

Construction Notice
Calypso Resort is scheduled to undergo onsite construction beginning December 2025 (winter season). Guests may experience intermittent construction noise during this time.

We appreciate your understanding and look forward to hosting you for a beachfront stay at one of the most sought-after locations in Panama City Beach.

LUGGAGE CARTS AREN'T ALLOWED IN THE CONDO!!!! If taken inside, you’ll lose your deposit. Please dispose of all trash and food in the trash chute outside the condo upon departure.
Makes sure to log out of any apps on TV's and gather all your personal belongings. Any items that need to be shipped will be $50 plus shipping and packing material.

Everything was great! The condo was beautiful, qnd the best location!! Staff at the Calypso were amazing. Communication with the property manager was very easy. We had zero issues and wil definitely stay here again in the future.

A fantastic first vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. Calypso Corner did not disappoint! Phenomenal views, comfortable and roomy condo, and classy decor. The owners were extremely helpful and prompt with any and all questions we had. We are extremely pleased and grateful for such an amazing experience.

The condo was very nice and spacious. We enjoyed the balcony daily and then at night we could watch the night life on the beach. The bed was very comfortable and relaxing after a day exploring. We were very close to palm park that we had fun walking to and shopping. The condo was well stocked for what we needed. W

This unit was perfect for our family stay! This is my 3rd stay at The Calypso, but my first in this unit, and I will seek this unit in the future. The views are amazing with this being an end unit, and the balcony is large. Being on the 4th floor was also perfect as it’s only 1 floor up from garage walkway level. This building is in walking distance to Pier Park. The communication with the owners was great as they were quick to reply to any questions and very helpful. This unit is stocked with everything you need. I highly recommend this unit for your perfect PCB stay.

We had some issues at first with the wrong condo # being listed on our paper which took a bit to get straightened out, but Nikki did a fantastic job getting it straightened out for us. Location and condo were great. Plenty of room for 5 of us.

Wonderful Beach location!

The corner location of the end unit was wonderful. Right on the beach close to the pier. It was within walking distance of a lot of restaurants and shops. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. I hope we can return soon! We had a wonderful time!

BDay Trip

This was by far the best location. I’ve been to Panama a few times now and this is the best area to stay. Walking distance from the main attractions. The unit was awesome! Clean, nice furniture, everyone had their own restroom. I couldn’t have ask for more. The view was awesome. I was 100% satisfied. Can’t wait to rent again.

Nice condo

Condo was nice and in a great location. Kitchen could have been a bit better equipped, but we made it work.. Also, 3 of the 5 beach chairs that were in the condo were broken. To be clear, I believe these chairs were left by previous renters and not the owner. We went ahead and bought 5 more chairs and left them there for future guests to use. We enjoyed our trip and were happy with where we stayed.
