Looking for an amazing house to create meaningful family memories? Our new-to-market, tastefully decorated home has a large deck with views to-die-for!

Three of the five bedrooms have expansive views. A tranquil small pond/waterfall greets you in the driveway.

Our 5 bedroom/7 bed home is set up for larger groups or families, with a well-stocked kitchen, dining room, and outdoor dining set so you can watch the sunset while enjoying a home-cooked meal or take out from one of the area’s cherished restaurants — all of which are just down the road.

The home is very family-friendly, with a fun kids’ room complete with board games and twin-over-king bunk beds!

The ensuite master bedroom features a spa-like bathroom with walk-in shower, soaking tub, and a bonus lounge area which doubles as the fifth bedroom.

If you are working from home, have no fear. Our ultra high-speed internet can accommodate countless devices and Zoom calls, and one of the bedrooms features a built-in desk. For longer stays, we have printers and other office supplies available free-of-charge (upon request)

This home is in the heart of Maggie Valley, yet completely secluded. It sits on top of an easily-accessible paved road. However, trailers cannot make it to the house due to two sharp turns. Thank you.

Please note: while the home is easily-accessible, the drive up has 2 turns that trailers can't make. Less experienced bikers may also find the road a bit challenging.

Thanks for the memories of a great time

The road was like explained in ad. Honestly, if you want the high point view, you must go up switchbacks. The house was comfortable and the game room downstairs was an added excitement, even worn- lots of fun and laughs. Thanks for the memories

this house was nice it could used a better cleaning and attention to details. the driveway while being steep was not as bad after a couple of trips in and out however it is STEEPthe road to the house was horrible potholes through outthis was not a complete failure the host was nice and answered quick when i messaged

Great view, clean home, excellent communication

We stayed here for three days. We absolutely love the home. Great communication with the owner. Kitchen was well stocked. Very easy to enjoy our time here.

Extended Family Vacation

This was a perfect house for my family, my parents, and my sister’s family to all stay at together! The three king beds in the bedrooms made our stay excellent! We all loved sitting around the fire place as well! The only negative is that I think the occupants before us did not clean up well after themselves so we found food on the floor of one of the closets and under the couches. However, the rest of the house was wonderful and very clean! We would definitely stay again and recommend for families with children!

Wedding weekend

We were here for a wedding weekend and had the best time. The house was great and plenty of room for all the family that stayed with us! The views were amazing and Ed (the owner) was so nice and made the stay so convenient! We will definitely be back. Thanks again Ed!!!

Beautiful views

We really enjoyed our stay at Rocky Top Manor! The views were spectacular. Like many other reviews stated, the driveway is a doozy. We were grateful we had a large AWD suv because the steepness is no joke. After the first couple trips up and down, you get used to it though. We loved playing pool and darts in the basement! It’s quiet and peaceful! Definitely recommend!

Great Maggie Valley get away!

Property and views are wonderful! The house was as described, the communication with Ed was terrific and simply, and the check-in process could not have been any smoother. The layout of the house is great for family and friends, it will well equipped, and a lovely for hanging around, catching up. The views from the porch are great and you get to see a lot the surrounding valley. Would certainly recommend the location.

Great Location

The house was great for our group. There is enough space for all 14 of us. The location is the best part about 15 minutes to the ski resort. The house is located on a paved driveway, it is very steep. Make sure your tires are in good shape. 4-wheel drive is not needed.

Great place to stay

We've used vacation rental websites several times over the years, and I have to say this house was one of the most, if not the most, clean and well-maintained houses in which we've stayed. And the owner was the most responsive we've ever encountered, bar none. The only downside, if you can call it that, is that the driveway is indeed steep. We were told that before we got there, so we knew to expect it. We just parked our van at the bottom of the driveway and walked up. And once you do get into the house itself, the view is amazing. Well worth it. Overall this was a fantastic experience. My kids didn't want to leave.

Amazing views!!!

This property is everything we needed!!! The views from the porch are the most breathtaking! The house has one master on the main and then two bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the second floor with an adtl little loft area leading into a fourth bedroom with its own bath. There is also a half bath on the main floor. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. The only downfall would be the driveway had it snowed or ice we would not have made it up to the house, even with chains the steepness was a lot on our Honda and ford truck… But def overall this property has some amazing views and that’s why it’s so steep I’m sure.

Great Stay, tough driveway

Loved the home, location, views, and amenities. Everything was great inside the home and loved staying near Maggie Valley. We gave a 5 star rating for everything, but I will say that the driveway was a much bigger challenge than I expected. It is extremely steep and our 2021 Kia Minivan could not make the turn and sharp angle to get up it (one wheel went off the ground and the other would spin). We had to carefully tuck it into the bottom of the driveway (parallel to the road). Our 2016 Hyndai SUV was able to navigate to the top and park for the duration of the trip. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

So clean

I’m very picky about a home being clean. If I close a door and dirt, hair etc are behind it I feel it has not been cleaned very good. I found nothing in this home dirty. Very clean. The kitchen had anything in it you could think of. The drive up was a little tuff the first time because you didn’t know where u were going. After that it wasn’t bad. Going up we got to see 10 elk in the road and surrounding area. I just loved it. Book and go enjoy your stay you will love the view

First Class

Everything was as promised. Fully stocked kitchen including paper towels, coffee filters, trash bags, plus propane for the gas grill, lots of hot water and a responsive owner. Driveway was a bit of a negotiation with four cars in the trip but we were advised in advance and worked it all out. Would love to return again!

Beautiful Mountain Retreat - Gorgeous view

Our family loved being together at this Rocky Top home in Maggie Valley, NC. We enjoyed plenty of space to gather, including a large family room, wrap around porch, fully stocked kitchen, and dining room. Beautifully decorated, the home included 4 large bedrooms, all with king size beds. One of these rooms also included a single bunk bed and a single trundle. Another, included a small sitting room with a futon. The downstairs bedroom suite included a luxurious bathroom. The entire home was very clean and Ed's communication was quick and very helpful. There is a lot to do in nearby national parks and Cherokee. I highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Great mountain getaway

We had a great weekend with friends and family visiting Maggie Valley. The house was perfect for multiple families with kids. Great view and location close to town and snow skiing and tubing.

Great location

We had a great weekend at this property. The communication was also great and the owners were really nice. We asked for late check out due to weather and they worked with us and understood the situation. The house is cozy, cute and nicely decorated. It's also very well equipped. It could probably use a more careful cleaning here and there, but overall was really nice. We'd like to return soon.
