Enjoy covered patio or watch the stars while sitting around the fire pit. Pets welcome with $45 pet fee.

Enjoy open floor plan to visit with friends and family. No need to dine out for your meals with our well stocked kitchen with stainless and granite. Outdoor gas grill available for those that prefer to BBQ. Get a good nights rest after playing all day in one of our three bedrooms (King, King, Queen) with super comfy beds. Relax in the hot tub and enjoy our gas fireplace while binging your favorite Netflix show or watching the big game. Or... sit under the stars and roast marshmallows and tell stories at our firepit.

Guests have access to the house and outdoor spaces. The basement is currently locked off as we have not finished renovations on it yet.

The house has a coded entry to allow guests to check in on their own schedule.
We try our best to have anticipate our guests needs but are just a message or phone call away should any issues arise.

While the house is in a residential area it is on a large parcel of land. We own 2.5 acres with two houses. The adjacent property is about 15 acre farm. The house does front a street with the front porch getting some road noise.
House is 5 minutes to I-40 for easy access to downtown Asheville.

While a car is definitely suggested UBER/Lyft does service this area. There is off street parking for multiple cars.
Absolutely no smoking of any kind. Guests Breaking this rule will be charged $150
