Welcome to Sea Sanctuary, a luxurious third-floor condo in Seacrest Beach. This spacious, 1,800 sq. ft. condo occupies the entire third floor and features an elevator for easy access. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, Sea Sanctuary is the perfect getaway for multiple families or groups, offering plenty of space and modern amenities.

Relax and unwind on any of the three private balconies, the first balcony offering a spacious area for dining and lounging while overlooking the pool. The unit was amazing and the staff helped us secure our rental bikes. It was so close to the beach (definitely walkable) and the trams made it easy if you had beach chairs to bring. The only negative was that the pool was frigid! The ocean was warmer and beautiful so it didn't bother us (just bothered my 6yo). I asked the attendants about it and they said it is heated by the sun. The pool grill was great for lunch and drinks. Overall would highly recommend!

The area is beautiful but our unit was not what we expected from a “luxury condo”:. Only 6 forks . No sponge at kitchen sink. Mold on chairs and floor on outside porch off of 1st bedroom on the right down the hall. . Kitchen sink had mold all around the drain. . Drawer below the oven had burnt food droppings all in the drawer . Not enough toilet paper - 1 1/2 (single ply) rolls per bathroom. . Fridge glass shelves were moldy with food stuck between the glass and shelf. . Hair and garbage under bathroom sink

Felt Like Home!

This location was perfect for our family of 7, especially having a 3 month old. Pictures and description were very accurate and we never heard outside noises. The kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed to cook meals, including a gas grill. The large dining table allowed us to not only eat together, but also play the games that were furnished. The large couch was so comfy and we felt like we were just chilling at home! The pool is literally steps away and it’s only a short walk to beach and nearby shops. Unfortunately, it stormed every day on and off, but the close proximity to pool allowed us to go out and enjoy between storms since it was a quick walk back with baby! The hosts were wonderful and always accessible from booking to check out. It’s so important for our family to feel like we are at home on vacay so we can enjoy being together and relax. This place was perfect for us and we will be back!

The check in and move out were easy. The condo was very nice. The tubs and floors were not clean but the staff came and cleaned right away. The condo could use a few more sets of cutlery. The condo area was really nice. The downfall overall were all the rules that restricted doing things both at the pool and beach.

Lovely Stay

We were thrilled with the property. It was reasonably priced and well maintained. The 2 master bedrooms worked really well for sharing the space with another family. The decks were fantastic! The property was conveniently located to the pool and short walk to the beach. The pool wasn't heated, so we didn't get to swim very much at all (we went Mid-April for spring break) so that will be a consideration for future travel. We were a short walk to restaurants, bars, and other fun and family friendly activities. Overall a great stay!

In great need of renovation

This unit rented as a high end unit. It was a premium price. The pool view is not as the same online picture either. The unit hot water did not work properly we had to call about that and the washing machine did not work properly either. This unit rented at least 100 per day over what it should be. The community is nice our friends rented a whole house for a less expensive price than I paid. I would not rent this unit again.

We lived our stay here! Location was perfect, the pool was right next to us and the beach was just across the street. We had to leave a day early due to the storms and tornados in AL and TN on our way home.

Loved it!

Great location! Walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the beach. We also enjoyed renting bikes for a day that was also walking distance from the condo. My family and I loved the place! We also enjoyed the porch and how it looks out to the pool.

Fantastic Time at Seacrest

It was our first time visiting in October. We loved the condo and the weather! We usually stay in a house. We all preferred the condo because we had less people this time. The location next to the pool is convenient and greatly enhanced our stay. We will be back!

We loved our stay in June 2023! Great area!!! We loved being able to see the pool and the beach was a short walk away!! Everything was clean and taken care of well. Can’t wait to head back next summer and stay longer!

Amazing walkable location

Our family had an amazing stay! The location to the pool kept things easy with our young kids. The food at the pool was delicious. The trolleys to the beach were so wonderful. It was walkable, but the trolley was preferred with young kids. We never got back in our car after we parked. Thanks for an amazing stay.

Great Trip!

This was our first time to Seacrest Beach as we typically stay closer to Destin. The condo was perfect for two families. There were 4 adults and 5 children and we had plenty of room. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. Check in was a little tricky at the pool area and I didn't realize we were supposed to pre-register with any paperwork. The house was clean with the exception of the floors not feeling super clean. There is a vacuum, swiffer wet jet, and broom which we put to use :) The location and neighborhood are awesome. It was hard to get a good feeling for the area beforehand. We were a short walk to Rosemary Beach and to Alys Beach. There are several restaurants within walking distance of both as well as live music at Peddlers. It was a great location! If we didn't have 5 little kids, we would have rented bikes to further explore the area. The beach was a little tricky. We visited over Memorial Day weekend and the following week and it was busy. There is a very small public beach area that is coned off and very congested. Right when you walk down the stairs, there are navy umbrellas that area bout 5 rows deep. If you are in the back row, you cannot see the water...which was troublesome with little kids. We ended up walking to the left to the aqua umbrellas and rented for the week from them and they guaranteed front row every day. It was so nice to not have to haul beach chairs and just have everything set up everyday. It was a great trip!

Wonderful space!

We thoroughly enjoyed this space. It was spacious and had all the comforts of home, once we went and purchased groceries for the week. Lovely community with plenty to do. Perfect for 7 adults.
