The vast private garden with trees (700 m2) is made up of a large covered terrace to enjoy the outdoors, and the garden with summer lounge in the shade of pine trees and large spaces for children to enjoy.

Located 50 meters from the sea, you can go swimming in 2 minutes on foot and stroll on the Blue Coast. What would you appreciate in this area ? Sun and peacefulness without a doubt (quiet area even in August!)
