- Bedroom 2: with queen-size bed (160×200) and single bed

- Bedroom 5: with 2 single beds + 1 sofa-bed
- Bathroom, WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, cot, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden with trees, garden furniture and a recreational area to enjoy the sunny days.

The house is ideally located in Montussan, in a very pleasant environment. You can benefit from the proximity of all essential stores, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...
