Welcome to this pretty 5-room 140m² villa on 3 levels, designed for 6 to 8 travelers, and ideally located in the heights of Cannes with a panoramic view of the bay and the surrounding hills.
Perfect for a family or professional stay, you can benefit from the proximity of Cannes center as well as practice "far niente" by the swimming pool.

The accommodation is made up of a first bedroom with a double bed with its shower room.
On the upper floor you will find a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with two single beds, a third bedroom with two single sofa beds each, and a bathroom with bathtub. The three upstairs bedrooms open onto a long balcony.

On the lower level you will find the living room, the dining room and the kitchen as well as a terrace for sitting outside and enjoying sunny lunches.

The kitchen is fully equipped with refrigerator, hotplates, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle...

The basic products in the kitchen and bathroom will also be present so that you can take full advantage of your arrival in the accommodation.

The accommodation is located a few minutes from Cannes.
Sheets and towels are provided.

All spaces in this apartment are for travelers, we will ask tenants to take care of the premises upon each arrival.

The villa is located in a quiet and bourgeois area, in the heights of Cannes.
Cannes city center is only 3km away, with its many shops and restaurants. The Cannes city center will be the very sought-after and lively place. Restaurants, bars and shops await you! Rue d’Antibes is 10 minutes by car…Not forgetting the beach and the Croisette.
You will also find shops in Vallauris.

The famous village of Mougins is also a 15-minute drive away

## Transit

Access to the accommodation is preferable by car and you will have two parking spaces in front of the property gate.

You can also take a taxi from the airport to the house.

The Cannes SNCF train station is located less than 5km away (10 to 20 minutes depending on the time and time of year), and will allow you to visit Antibes, Nice, Grasse, Monaco, Menton or even Italy easily.

The accommodation must be returned in a suitable state of use and cleanliness. During their stay, travelers must respect the premises, the neighborhood, as well as the basic rules of cleanliness and hygiene.
All or part of the deposit may be withheld in the event of non-compliance with these basic instructions.
