Breckenridge conference stay

The stay was wonderful and the property was conveniently located from the slopes and the conference center we all went to for work. Great access to amenities and conveniences and great maintenance of the property. We really enjoyed our stay.

Husbands bday trip

We loved staying at this cabin to celebrate my husband’s 30th with family. The cabin was perfect and had everything we needed for our trip. Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful house, clean and well equipped

The house was exactly as described. We were a big group, and there was enough space and entertainment for all. Many wonderful trails and a great downtown.

Ski trip house

This was a great house for a larger family or a few couples. It is in a great location with great views of the Breckenridge landscape. The house was well equipped with kitchen equipment, games, and great amenities! The management staff was very easy to contact and made check-in, check out and our stay very effortless!

Great spot!

House is perfect for friends and family gatherings. We had a blast and the kids loved the game room on the first floor. Overall great spot and beautiful views. Place was clean as well. Of note- 4 wheel drive is a must. Steep roads in the winter and steep driveway.

A Moose at the door

The property is located across from the slopes at Breck and is a true high alpine environment. We were blessed to see a couple of moose one night after dinner on the property, and we saw a Fox as well. The house set up is cool with three levels to spread out. I highly recommend.

Incredible Mountain Getaway

We had a group of 10, including 3 kids ranging from 8-16. The house was big enough that we did not feel cramped. The game room was perfect, the kids and adults enjoyed playing pool, darts, arcade-style basketball, etc. At no time in the week we were there did anyone say they were bored. The management staff was friendly and very responsive. We would definitely go back.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this home for a quick trip to Breck with my family for our parents wedding anniversary. The home was exactly as described in the listing. We enjoyed the rec room with pool table & pop a shot, hot tub and proximity to town. The home is also right down the street from the Bald Mtn. trailhead and we were able to get a really good hike in to the top. The only downside to the location, is that you have to drive into town and park, but it wasn't a huge issue for us. The house had everything you would need during a vacation. As some of the commenters mentioned, the upstairs can get a little warm, but if you open the windows at night and use the provided fans you will get plenty of cool air. It would be nice if they replaced the small ceiling lights with Fan/Light combo fixtures to provide a consistent breeze. The only other thing that I noticed could be a potential problem, is that we were only given a code to the garage and not front door. It would be very easy for someone in the group to lock the inside garage door and then not be able to access the home(Thought this was kind of odd, seeing that they make door locks with codes that can be changed). Otherwise, we really enjoyed our 4 day trip.

Reviewer Comments: The home we stayed in was very nice.The good supply of drinking water, hot tub and pool table were a nice amenities.A few suggestions:Supply enough shampoo, conditioner and body wash for a 5 day stay. 1 ounce bottles are terrible. We had to go shopping for these items just to get everyone through the stay. These items are cheap and a goes along way to getting a good review. Total game changer because it effected everyone staying at this home.The grill was out of propane. We were all ready to eat dinner, gill steaks and no propane. This should be checked after each stay, and the grill should be cleaned. We had to do this too.There was no crockpot after I had messaged about having one in the home. I received confirmation there was one only to be preparing a meal and there was not one in the home. Huge inconvenience. Another meal spoiled.Good customer service in getting both the crockpot and propane to us, just too late for our meals.Pictures showed the Breckenridge ski slope was on the website. Inferring this was the view from the home. The view was limited. You should take the picture off the site description.Lighting in the bedrooms were dim, lamps were not enough for good lighting. Overhead lighting needs an upgrade.

Room with a View...and Water Problems

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Swift Getaway is a nice, large home located within about an eight-minute drive from Main Street Breckenridge. There are beautiful views of the surrounding forest and mountains outside the living room windows. Our family loved the pool table, basketball shootout game, hot tub, and dart board. The home is spacious and easily accommodates 8 or 9 people. The one BIG problem you have to deal with while staying here is water conservation. The management team told us to conserve water, and we did. But with eight people taking showers, cooking, and washing clothes, we ran out of water on the 3rd day. That meant no more showers and all dishes had to be hand washed with drinking water provided in 5 gallon bottles. The toilets wouldn't even flush. I understand that the water is well water from a cistern, but there's only so much water conservation a large group can do. And with the high rental cost of this home, I would have hoped for a better solution to the problem. It's a great home but just beware of this one issue.

Games, etc etc- the hot tub, lively towels and steam shower were amazing. It was perfect! The only negative that I may add would be the lighting was not great. I was unable to read after 4 because the home had very dim lighting throughout. A few more end tables near the couch would be nice too because the only place to put a drink down, etc was a sofa ottoman. We loved it and would definitely return!

Reviewer Comments: The largest problem is the house sleeps 10, but only 3 can shower.. then you have no water for 24 hours, they have NO solution, just that the well is about dry.. mathmatically does not work. Other issues were out of their control, again, just not problem solvers. Home is beautiful, if you are lucky enough to have a drive that is not torn up, electricity, and enough water. I would recommend finding somewhere you can have the modern comforts for the price you pay.

Gorgeous Views and lots of Space!

We loved our stay at Swift Getaway in Breckenridge. The home is huge with lots of room to spread out. Three separate patio spaces were well used in the gorgeous weather, and the large driveway was excellent for kiddos to play. The downstairs area is basically the size of the main floor, with almost a full kitchen and great indoor/outdoor living space. We made good use of the hot tub on the lower level back patio as well. The kitchen is very well appointed with plenty of small appliances and utensils, as well as cabinet and counter space. The dining and living room space are excellent as well. Beds were comfy - rooms were big and well appointed as well. One note, as we came from a very low altitude state, the house sits at 10,300ft. of elevation and it took us a little longer to adjust. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend Swift Getaway!
