The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers for rent, in La Bresse, this charming 42 m² flat with mountain views and ski resort within walking distance, which can accommodate up to 4 travellers. Located on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 23 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, a nice bedroom and a bathroom. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're just waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
- A 23 m² living room with TV, double sofa bed...
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- One bedroom with queen-size bed (160×200)
- A bathroom with shower and WC
Outside area :
- A 12 m² balcony with a garden table and 4 chairs, as well as 2 sun loungers to enjoy the sunny days.
- For your convenience, the owners provide a ski locker in the building's ski room.
The flat is ideally located in La Bresse, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are nearby, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, a market, etc.

- Skiing
- Lake and water sports
- Summer sledging
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the flat's private car park.
For other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Colmar station, about 53 minutes by car
- Nearest airport: Mulhouse Habsheim airport, about 1 h 15 min away
Other remarks:
- The sliding doors in the room are a sight-breaker and daylight may be noticeable.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
- The nearest ski slopes are within walking distance (approx. 450 m).
- Bed linen and towels are not included and can be provided on request at an additional cost (hire and payment to be made with our local partner). The prices given are for information only and are subject to change by our partner.
- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be charged.
