The ocean and wide sandy beach is just steps away from this spacious 2 level home in a quiet seaside neighborhood. Large covered deck, patio and outdoor dining areas. 4 Smart TVs with Cable. Equipped with beach chairs, toys, umbrella, cooler and a cart to carry them down to the sand. Newly renovated with all new mattresses, bedding, linens, dishes and. more. No pets allowed. Only 7 miles to historic downtown St. Augustine.

Ocean side with a wide sandy beach just steps behind this beautiful newly renovated 3/3 home in quiet seaside neighborhood. Covered deck complete with propane griddle & outdoor dining area. Enjoy everything this house has to offer; 4 smart TVs, outdoor games, beach chairs, cart, cooler & beach towels included! 7 miles to historic downtown. SANITIZED CLEANING Parking room for boats or trailers

No Pets, No Parties, No Smoking
No one under age 25 can book per Airbnb rules for whole house rentals

A Smartlock code is provided for entry.
The entire area of the home is available for use, along with the deck, fenced back yard, patio and large paved driveway. You must climb a flight of stairs to access the living space. The upstairs has 2 Master Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms with walk in shower Downstairs is 1 Queen bedroom and full bathroom. There is no bathtub in this house.

Other things to note
There are 2 King beds and one Queen. The extra single bed is a TRUNDLE bed that can be separated and easily reconfigured to accommodate your needs.

Great location for Vacation!

We had a wonderful vacation, the beach is a short walk on a quiet street and is beautiful! Sunrise over the ocean was amazing.Relaxing on the porch after a day at the beach was great too. Easy to get to Old Town shops and restaurants. Fully equipped kitchen too. Lisa has included everything you could possibly need to have a great stay!! Can't wait to return!

Great location, clean, wonderful host!

We stayed over the Christmas Holiday. The house was decorated for Christmas, were lots of treats and even gift bags for each guest. We rented 3-houses over this week, as it was multi-family gathering. This house was the only one that provided enough amenities (ie. soap, TP, paper towels, shampoo) to last us the entire stay. Outdoor deck space is a real highlight of the house, unfortunately was a little chilly for us to use extensively during our stay. Short, easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs were provided and host really goes out of her way to make sure you have everything you need.

Perfect getaway

This is a very clean and comfortable house. Short walk to the beach and a short drive to shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Best part about this house is the host. You won’t find one better. No need to scroll past this one. If your group will fit, book it. You won’t regret it.

We love Lisa! She is the best host we’ve ever had! This was our second year staying at this home, we can’t wait to come back again in the future! Lisa does an amazing job! Week with friends

We spent a wonderful week with our friends touring St. Augustine and relaxing on the beach. The house was wonderful. Great location to the beach and very clean. The beds were very comfortable and I loved the fluffy bath towels! Lisa provided a basket of snacks for us which was a nice surprise after a long day of travel. Everything we needed for the beach was provided. I highly recommend this rental! Thanks Lisa!!

Hopefully the first of many visits

We just returned from our family vacation with our two college age children. I had read the excellent reviews about Lisa's hospitality and she exceeded our expectations. From the start, Lisa was available and welcoming. The house was very clean and set up to give us a comfortable feeling of home. We didn't need to bring anything but our clothes. The neighborhood was quiet and we had an easy walk to the beach. We hope to visit again!

Perfect property for our group

This house is unique in that it has three master bedrooms with King size beds and private bathrooms. This is especially great for a group of couples. The house is so close to the most beautiful, uncrowded beach. The property owner was especially responsive and accommodating. This was our second stay at this house and we will return.

Above and beyond our expectations

Extremely happy we picked this beautiful house and location to stay in St Augustine. All the amenities you can think of (and some you won’t think of) and the location was perfect. Lisa was very accommodating and the best host we’ve experienced using VRBO in 10 years. Totally recommend this for your family vacation.

Cousins reunion

The property was very well appointed. We found every possible amenity needed to enjoy our stay. The breezes on the back porch were delightful- our favorite place to relax. Our host was thoughtful with special touches preparing for our visit of 72-82 year old ladies all celebrating summer birthdays.

Friends Getaway

Everything about our experience with Lisa and the Coral Beach Retreat was 5-star! Lisa thought of everything! So many little details like supplying us with a ham and cupcakes to celebrate Easter weekend to a welcome basket full of goodies just to name a few. Our getaway was suppose to be filled with motorcycle riding but Mother Nature has other plans. We did however, enjoy taking in the sights of Saint Augustine (by car) and enjoyed a beautiful home to relax in. Perfect space to play games and watch a movie while it stormed outside. We would definitely without question stay here again. Enough room for each couple as the home had three en suites giving each of us our own bedroom/bathroom. Major plus! Thank you so much Lisa! You’re a superstar in our book.

Perfect location

We loved this property as well as the owners. It’s a super short walk to the beach, and wow what a beautiful beach. The home itself was super roomy. Every bedroom felt like a master bedroom as the beds are king size and each have their own spacious bathroom/shower. All linens were stocked and ready to go—even down to beach towels. As Lisa told me, just bring your bathing suit! Everything else is supplied. This was a huge relief for someone with a small SUV. The house is super clean. We loved the layout. The covered back deck allows hours of reading with getting burned by the sun. There is a bedroom/bathroom on the ground level. For those unable to take stairs, it is perfect. No steps to enter that area. Kitchen was more than stocked! Great snacks and treats that were such a nice surprise. We didn’t even have to go to store until day 3 and that was more for cold items. Seriously, all the “little things” we all tend to forget, Lisa has there and ready!! The location was peaceful and felt very safe. I ran almost everyday and encountered friendly people along the way. (Even got to see several turtles.) Tons of beach chairs ready to go, coolers, cart, umbrella—all u need for a perfect beach day. We ended up here because the hotel for my conference was sold out. I’m soooo glad it was. Book here if going to St Augustine! You will be glad u did! 🏖️

Sibling Week

We liked how similar the three bedrooms were so deciding who gets what bedroom was very easy. The proximity to the beach was perfect where we would walk along the shore every day when not exploring the local attractions, most of which took only about 10 – 15 minutes to get to. The house was very comfortable with plenty of soft towels, dishes and cookware. The extra touch of snacks and personal welcome note was like icing on the cake.

Wonderful!!

Perfect In everyway....

The property exceeded expectations in everyway. I book many homes through VRBO and this one gets 5 stars all way. Lisa is a fantastic host and goes beyond on every little detail. The house was equipped with everything you need and more. The one thing that really stood out was how clean and organized the home was, not one issue. Lisa goes the extra mile, she even had a birthday cake, flowers and balloons for my daughter who was celebrating during out trip. Thanks again Lisa, you made this trip a little more special with your little touches, We will surely be back.

Pickleball Weekend

Owner allowed early check in, allowing us to get to the beach early on that day. Found the house beautifully decorated, well stocked with anything you could need from the kitchen to the bathrooms. Everything was very clean. Huge snack basket and wonderful charcuterie tray were waiting for us upon arrival. Beach cart and plenty of chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards were available for use. Everyone loved the place! Checkout was a breeze, easier than any I ever had. Well done!

VERY clean and comfortable - great location.

Just got home from a stay at Coral Beach - and would highly recommend this property. Very generous hosts (left us some wonderful treats - thank you!) and great communicators as well. The home was extremely clean and very comfortable. Nice beds & bedding, plenty of good seating inside and on the large deck. The kitchen is fully stocked and there are tons of towels, pillows and all kinds of beach accessories including coolers and carts. We found the location idea for relaxing on the deck, where you can catch a glimpse of the ocean and listen to the waves, and also as a home base for exploring the area. A short drive into St Augustine if you wish to explore downtown, but with many restaurants and two markets nearby if you prefer a more low key vacation. There is plenty of space between the living/dining area and the deck and with three large bedrooms each with their own bath. Our family felt this was our favorite VRBO to date and will definitely try to book Coral Beach again when we return to the area.

Three day golf getaway

We enjoyed the house it was very clean and well stocked. The owner added many extras that were appreciated. She provided us a list of recommended restaurants in the area which we appreciated also. Would visit the house again if we were in the area.

Weekend trip with friends

The house was GREAT! Just a short walk to the beach and a short drive to downtown St Augustine. It was perfect for 3 couples. Each couple had their own private suite. It was very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could need and the beds were comfy. Lisa was the best host! She communicated with us and we loved all the special touches. Lovely house near the beach!

We loved our stay in this very clean, comfortable home! It was just a short walk to the beach, which is absolutely gorgeous! Lisa, our host, was wonderful. She answered questions promptly and allowed us to have a later checkout. The basket of goodies was a special treat; thank you! The home’s beds are very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with everything needed. We loved having the use of the beach chairs and boogie boards. It was a fantastic stay!

Home sweet Home away from home

Lisa is amazing! She left a fully stocked snack basket & sand buckets with bubbles for our boys. She is so thoughtful. The house has everything you could ever need from beach towels, to kitchen appliances & beyond. We loved our stay & would highly recommend booking!

Beautiful, Amazing fun!

We loved this darling home with a perfect location! Everything was perfect for our family! This house was super clean, lots of personal touches provided by our host! Very roomy and cozy! Very short walk through a quiet neighbor to the beach . Restaurants and grocery store all very close:.. the drive to historic St Augustine was beautiful and very convenient. The beach was clean and stunning! For us this was the perfect location and we would definitely love to come back!

We bought this house 30 years ago as it was being built. We got married on the Lanai! We lived here for many happy years and decided to move about an hour away. It is still our family vacation home. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and safe.

I take pride in providing quality bedding and linens and plenty of them. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware and a variety of spices, tin foil, plastic wrap and anything you might need. We have a Blackstone griddle for cooking outdoors. There is a cart and wagon to take the beach chairs and umbrellas that we provide to the beach. Babies? No problem! I have 2 cribs, a pack n play, Baby bathtub, stationary play island and assorted toys. I also have several kids wagons to pull them to the beach.
