House with pool close to 5 UNESCO World Heritage Sites
Ideally suited for family accommodation, the house is located on the edge of the scrubland in a wooded park which you will have exclusive use of.
Equipped with many amenities (terraces, 4*9 swimming pool, hammock area, Vers stone picnic table, closed private parking, etc.), you will find yourself in the middle of nature in a calm and soothing site.
Located in the highly sought-after town of St Siffret, the site is the ideal starting point to visit the ducal city of Uzès (4 km), the pottery village of St Quentin la Poterie (4km), the Georges du Gardon (8 km), the Pont du Gard (12 km), the village of Lussan (12 km), the cities of Nîmes or Ales (25 km), the papal cities of Avignon and Villeneuve-Lès-Avignon (30 km) or go to the Beaux de Provence, Arles or go to the seaside at Grau du Roi or Palavas les flots or visit the Chauvet cave... There are no less than 5 sites classified as World Heritage by UNESCO which are in the immediate vicinity (Arenas of Nîmes, Pont du Gard, Palace of the Popes of Avignon, Roman city of Arles, Chauvet cave).
The house with its atypical volumes (tower, cathedral living room...), its great luminosity and its location in a large private park will offer you a pleasant place to stay where you can easily recharge your batteries.
The cottage was refurbished and equipped in 2019. It consists of a cathedral-type living room with American kitchen opening directly onto the terrace and the swimming pool through a large bay window. The bedrooms are located in the south tower on the first floor for the master bedroom (bed of 160) and upstairs for (2 beds of 90 and a dormitory of 140). The master bedroom is particularly soft and cosy with its curved shape and its 5 peripheral windows which place you in the middle of nature in the middle of the park.

Nice apartment, friendly hosts

The apartment is ideal for a couple or a small family. The pool and the large, well-tended garden directly in front of it are exclusively accessible to guests. We particularly liked the unobstructed view from the living room to the outside.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette belle région la maison est idéalement située à 5 km de Uzes , très pratique , la piscine 1 régal directement accessible depuis le salon et la terrasse le propriétaire très prévenant sans être intrusif le petit plus à venir la clim :) merci à Philippe pour ses conseils et anecdotes qui rendent l'ambiance des vacances encore plus authentiques A conseiller sans hésitations pour 1 couple ou 1 couple avec 2 enfants

Nous avons passé de très belles vacances. la maison est petite avec un certain charme et est très bien équipée. Idéal pour un couple. Si vous venez avec vos enfants ou des amis, il faut savoir que les deux chambres à coucher n'ont pas de porte, mais des rideaux. La piscine et l'extérieur est très bien et très agréable avec 2 grands parasols. l'hôte est très disponible, discret et de bon conseil pour visiter la région.

Très belle maison avec sa piscine qui nous a bien servi en période de canicule. Jardin très agréable avec son hamac et ses transats. Une très belle vue au bout du chemin pour voir l'éclipse solaire Merci beaucoup pour les conseils visites.Un super accueil et les propriétaires tres agréables. Merci.

Jardin piscine et maison très agréable. Le manque de climatisation en temps de canicule rendait la grande chambre supérieure très chaude. Enfin l'absence de lave linge assez inattendu était pénible. A déconseiller avec de jeunes enfants. Cordialement .

Schönes Haus mit Pool,Wir waren eine Woche in dem Haus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Vor allem der Pool und die Ruhe im Garten hat uns sehr gut getan. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man braucht.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus mit einem einladenden Pool. Alles ist in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, der Pool gepflegt. Im Garten lässt es sich auch an heißen Tagen aushalten. In der Gegend gibt es zahlreiche Möglichkeiten für Ausflüge.Philippe hat uns sehr nett empfangen und auch gute Tipps für Sehenswürdigkeiten gegeben.Für Spaziergänge mit dem Hund ist der Wald in unmittelbarer Nähe.

J'ai du faire le ménage en arrivant restes dans le réfrigérateur, pomme de douche pleine de calcaire, sanitaire sales. Nous avions un bébé nous avons dû quitter la location dès le lendemain. La piscine n'était pas Claire, le filtre très sale !

Un peu d'honnêteté aurait été souhaitable de votre part. Notre gite n'est pas fait pour accueillir 7 personnes et des tentes dans le jardin. Que vous ne puissiez vivre en cohabitation avec vos enfants et petits enfants ( pour certains bébé) dans ce gîte n'est pas de notre responsabilité. Aussi trouver des prétextes fallacieux pour se faire indûment rembourser n'est pas une attitude moralement acceptable. C'est même parfaitement indigne. Que vos propres enfants majeurs ne soient pas solidaires de vous et évoquent votre absence de sincérité et d'honnêteté est pour le moins surprenant. J'engage donc tous les possibles locataires a lire l'intégralité des avis de nos invités. La qualité de leur accueil est pour nous un fondamental.

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours en couple, hébergement facile à trouver dans un endroit calme et reposant avec des propriétaires très sympathiques et une multitude de balades à proximité : Pont du Gard, le Gardon ( Collias) et Uzes à 15mnsAvignon, Arles et Nîmes pas très loin Nous avons été charmés par cette région
