Modern Ski Chalet on Empire Avenue, Walk to Park City Mountain Resort & Historic Main Street!

This stunning luxury ski retreat is newly built in 2020, making it one of the few new construction Old Town luxury home offerings, and is truly a unique vacation rental. With clean lines and the most fashionably appointed furnishings, the home offers modern technologies, Wolf and Subzero appliances, bright natural light beaming through the large picture windows, and amazing mountain and charming historic downtown views.

This home is situated on the 12th St block of Empire Avenue, offering ideal walking access just one block or so to Park City Mountain Resort's parking lot and entrance. There is also a set of “municipal stairs” nearby that guests can use to walk down to Park Avenue and Main Street for shopping, dining and nightlife.

The thoughtful home design offers living space on 4 levels and a variety of sleeping arrangements for your entire party. Upon entry, you will notice the white oak flooring, modern staircase and main level master with Queen bed and gorgeous retreat like ensuite bath and big windows.

The upstairs level offers vaulted ceilings, a King suite with ensuite bath and a private balcony to take in the quintessential snowy mountain scape.

As you head down a level, you will find the main living area with beautiful stone fireplace and relaxing ambiance. A writing desk facing the mountains is a great place to read a book by the fire or watch a movie with a glass of wine on the structured herringbone sofa. The kitchen offers a fashionable yet functional design with the latest technologies in Wolf and Subzero appliances, quartz countertops, and lots of room for cooking or entertaining alike.

The lowest level of the home is a walk out level, with a Twin over Queen bunk room suite and accompanying full bath, a lower level living room with TV area with Queen sleep sofa, and a door out to the hot tub on the patio.

There is also an additional powder room, laundry room and an outdoor grill for entertaining. Whether you are here for Sundance Film Festival, a family ski trip, or a singles retreat, this home is an incredible offering.

This home is walking distance to everything Park City has to offer in both winter and summer and is truly a taste of the finest in architecture, appointments and location in the historic downtown district.

Note: This property's garage is being used as a ski room and offers outside heated driveway parking for a mid sized SUV. No large SUVs please.

Empire Avenue Townhouse

We stayed in a property on Empire Ave close to the main Park City base area. The location is ideal for those planning to hit the slopes - a five minute walk to the base area. We walked to dinner on Main Street several times as well - just a 10-15 minute walk. We were four adults but the property could easily accommodate more. The staff kindly let us check in a couple hours early. The house was clean when we arrived. The house looks like it was remodeled recently - everything is modern and well-built. The kitchen is well equipped and everything in the house worked well, including the all-important hot tub! I would certainly stay here again if the opportunity arose.

Winter Ski-In/Out Home

We had an excellent time at this home during a very busy weekend at Park City. Very convenient to the main lifts and even walkable to downtown! Home was perfect for our group of friends and everyone had their own space plus a great kitchen for cooking family style. Overall great stay!

Outstanding modern ski chalet

The chalet was absolutely stunning and spotless upon arrival. There were three of us for a girls weekend and we all appreciated the space. The nights were spent in front of the fireplace after a long day of exploring PC for the first time! Very comfortable beds and overall, decorated beautifully. Check in and check out were seamless. We will definitely be back next year!!! Highly recommend.

Lovely Home Walking Distance to Town

The house was fantastic! It was impeccably clean with very new appliances and furnishings. The walk into town is super quick. Would definitely stay here again. Only complaint is they charge $75 for early check in (2 hours early) or late check out (2 hours late). I felt for the price of the home this should be included, but otherwise everything was fabulous.

Walk one block to skiing ! This was a beautiful location

The map on this property shows that it's a mile away from Park City Mountain but it's actually just one block away from the resort ! Beautifully designed and furnished , and there is a brand new hot tub . We would definitely return again !

Beautifully appointed home . Ski room in garage was so helpful for storing and taking off equipment . A true luxury experience and one block walk to resort . So easy to walk to main st as well ! Can Uber or shuttle all over park city too
