Welcome to our charming family home, nestled in a peaceful setting in Saint-Lormel, on the beautiful Emerald Coast. Just a 7-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Saint-Cast-Le-Guildo, our house offers an ideal haven for unforgettable family or friends' holidays.

Upon arrival, you'll be captivated by our large, secluded garden, as well as by the numerous amenities of the house.

Inside, the house offers all the necessary comforts for a pleasant stay.

The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is a delight for cooking enthusiasts, featuring an oven, fridge, integrated freezer, microwave, 4-burner stove, toaster, two coffee makers, dishwasher, and washing machine. A workspace and all necessary kitchen utensils are also provided.

The bright living-dining room is the perfect place to gather with family or friends. With a large table for 6 people, a corner sofa, child-safe wood-burning insert for cooler evenings, television, wifi, as well as board games and books to entertain the whole family. You will feel right at home.

On the ground floor, you will also find a recently renovated bathroom with a large walk-in shower, towel warmer, and storage furniture, as well as two comfortable double bedrooms with views of the garden and terrace.

Upstairs, a large mezzanine offers a workspace and a sofa area for relaxation. Separate toilets are also available, as well as a very spacious third double bedroom with a small workspace.

In addition to all these amenities, our house has a garage where you will find a canoe, which you can rent upon request to explore the surrounding aquatic areas. (Garage access only if you rent the canoe).

Planning to vacation with your four-legged companions? We gladly accept pets for a supplement of €15 per stay per pet.

The house is conveniently located, close to all amenities (supermarket, shopping center, restaurants...) as well as major tourist attractions. Just a few minutes by car or bike from Saint-Cast-le-Guildo, you can enjoy its numerous beaches, walks (GR), restaurants, bars, and nightclubs!

The Guildo Castle is also nearby. Feel free to browse through the many guides about our beautiful region and its tourist activities available in the house.

The entire accommodation and its exteriors are fully available to guests, except for a small locked room upstairs.
