The place was very cozy clean and comfortable, it has everything we needed. The location was perfect! The scenery from the back deck is beautiful and ao relaxing! We would definitely recommend staying there. Hope we get a chance to go back sooner than later.

Amazing Place!

The condo was super cozy and very well kept. The views of the lake from the balcony was stunning and it was perfectly located in the center of town. Would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic place, great location!

The unit was very clean and appeared to be a recent update. Comfortable for an adult family of four. Spent the week skiing Copper and ABasin along with a snowmobile trip near Leadville and the location was perfect to access these areas. I have stayed at VRBO’s near Lake Dillon several times and this was by far the nicest.

Great place to stay

Excellent location, very clean and modern, and great communication. We were in town for a concert at the amphitheater and loved how close it was. There was a small glitch with the lock but the team was very responsive and resolved it quickly. We would definitely stay again!

Excellent condo and great location!

This condo was in great shape and incredibly clean. There were 3 of us for the weekend and we had plenty of room to relax after skiing. Close proximity to A Basin, Breck, and Keystone. Just a short drive from some excellent restaurants. I will stay here again.

Dillon stay

The location had a great view of Diilon Bay and the mountains. Short walk to near by restaurants and just a few minute drive to grocery store and everything else we needed.

Clean and Updated

This condo was perfect for our family of 4…. including 2 teenage boys. It was immaculately clean, nicely updated and modern. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook. Nice hot water for after ski showers and super comfy memory foam beds. Great location to ski resorts and grocery stores. We will definitely book again in the future.

Nice for a getaway break and change of scene. We chose it for the lake proximity and headline views from the apartment, with the intention to do some walking. Apartment has good kitchen, nice bedrooms, and a good large screen TV in family area. It is actually in a better location for cycling from rather than walking and there were not so many good walking trails you could do from the accommodation door without having to drive to get there. Parking at some of trailheads is a bit limited if you do drive although a free coach service goes round some of the trailheads but we never tried it. Very good bike path around lake which is about 18 miles long and in hindsight I should have taken my bike but it was a family break and we don't all bike. Apartment complex is very close to Amphitheater so you can hear whatever is playing most late afternoons and evenings. The appartment's view of lake is more a side view from the balcony through gaps in the trees but my wife was happy with it. Scenery and views from up high on trails around the lake on walks are spectacular.

Great time

We arrived and accessed the property with no issues. First impressions, very clean, sheets and towels were like new. The only complaint was the washer and dryer were coin operated and were four levels down. The description just said washer dryer, please update so people know they need quarters, $3.50. per load. The gas fireplace only worked the first two nights then wouldn't work. I called the management company and they said they would fix it the next day or so but never showed or called. Overall i rate the entire stay as exceptional. Thanks VRBO

Good overall

Overall I think this was a fair-priced property convenient to all the resorts. It’s quite dated, everything from the 70’s wallpaper to the decor and well, everything. But to be fair the price was lower than other properties I looked at. Don’t plan on using the fireplace consistently though. On arrival it worked for about 10 minutes then shut off. I called the manager repeatedly and finally someone relit the pilot flame 3 days (!) later and showed me how to relight it if it goes out (which it did many times). Rather frustrating to have to do this yourself in order to use the fireplace! It may stay on as short as 5 minutes before you have to relight it again. Also we couldn’t use the dishwasher because no dishwashing detergent was provided. Same with new garbage bags! I’ve been renting condos for many years all over and these items have always been provided. Are they seriously expecting us to bring our own? So I hand washed all the dishes and used our grocery bags as trash containers.
