Comfortable & Spacious 2 Bedroom Half Duplex minutes away from the popular attractions of Arlington, TX. This home is a few short minutes from Six Flags, AT&T Stadium, Hurricane Harbor, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and plenty of restaurants in the Entertainment District!

Our home is furnished with everything you will need to be comfortable during your stay.
The property is in East Arlington and only 4 miles from AT&T Stadium. We are in a community of duplex homes built in the late 1980’s. Our place was renovated in 2021. Some neighbors don’t do their best to keep the neighborhood looking nice so there may be debris and unkept lawns here and there. However, the neighbors are both friendly and private. It’s a quiet, safe community as you can see from our reviews.
We are located just 6-8 minutes away from Grand Prairie attractions like Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, Bolder Adventure Park, Main Event Entertainment, Trader’s Village and Chicken N Pickle. Nearby retail spaces like The Highlands and Champions Park offer great dining options. There are nearby shopping malls (Parks Mall & Grand Prairie Premium Outlets) as well if you’d like to go on a quick shopping spree.
