Spacious 3 Bedroom Home*Fenced in Yard**Quiet and Safe Community

Comfortable 3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in South Charlotte.

Close to I 485 you can be in Ballantyne in 5-7 minutes or uptown Charlotte in 15-20 minutes.
Greenway access is a short walk or bike ride away. Tons of great restaurants and area amenities.
The space
Clean and spacious home in a safe neighborhood.

Hardwood floors through main area and huge fenced in backyard for kids to play in.

Guests have access to entire home and it includes both a washer and dryer.

There is no parking in the garage but it can be used to store items while on property or to access home.

Firestick located in living room and master bedroom for you to log in with your credentials/services. Televisions located within bedroom 1/2 as well if you would like to bring your device to plug into as well. Unfortunately we are not able to offer technical advice about connecting to your preferred streaming service/streaming. We encourage you to bring whatever streaming device you are familiar with.

Ballantyne is just minutes away and offers great bars, restaurants, and retail.

We were going to Carowinds, and spent some time looking at possibilities for retirement locations. We had great stay. The communication with the host was great. Location was quiet and safe.

Nice place and great location for us

Nice spacious house with a lot of amenities for our stay like the full kitchen. We were visiting for a week to Matthews and this was about 15 minutes away, great location with a ton of restaurants and stores within minutes. Great for family

Great Stay!

This place works great for us to visit the area with our pups and adult kids. It is close to the city for us to go downtown and also close to Ballantyne and my grandson. It is dog friendly with a large fenced in backyard. Thank you!

Great home away from home

We had a flood at our home and needed a place to stay with our dog, and this home was perfect for us. Andrew was wonderful to work with through several weeks and knowledgeable about our situation. The home was clean, the yard great for our dog, and the location made it possible to for us to pretend we were on vacation during a very stressful time. Definitely recommend!

Property in Charlotte

Nice home with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Interior needs some cosmetic work but this is a well kept property and the property owners seems very pleasant and supportive. Overall a nice stay that I would recommend to others if in need of a property close to Atrium Medical Center.

Looks better in photos

My wife was really looking forward to staying at this property. However, when we arrived we were very disappointed in the condition of the property. Of note was the following; drywall tape cracking in numerous places in corners and ceilings, water spots on ceiling, broken tile on tub surround, no place to hang towels in master bathroom, no shelf to put shampoo and soap in the shower, no icemaker in the fridge, trip hazard kitchen floor, dark lighting, stained kitchen chairs, plants growing in the gutters, etc. Not a place for us.

Property came exactly as advertised. Quiet neighborhood, great fenced in yard for dogs. Host was friendly and worked with us when we needed to extend our stay. Would definitely recommend.

Very clean, comfortable home. Large fenced in back yard that was great for furbaby. House conveniently located and a short drive to everywhere! Owners were great with communication.

Exactly what we needed

This was a perfect fit for our family. We needed a place to stay while repairs were made to our home. The house was clean, the beds were super comfy and it’s a sweet neighborhood close to everything you could possibly need and we enjoyed walking the greenway, which was just down the street. The owner was very accommodating and made sure we were taken care of.

Perfect for us

We were in town working for the presidents cup. This place was perfect for us! The owners were great communicators and made sure we had what we needed. Everyone was comfortable and the location was close to our job site and a great price! Thank you so much for everything see you next time! It was a perfext place for us to all become friends and the beds where comfortable and the whole place was perfectly clean! Easy check in and out!

Home away from home

This was our third stay at this property. This time for four weeks waiting to close on our house in the area. The house is very comfortable and the owners are wonderful hosts. Unfortunately, we bought a house in the area so probably won’t need it but We highly recommend this property due to a great location and if you have pets, it has a great fenced yard. Great house and location!

Beautiful house and the location was perfect! We stayed for two weeks and it was the perfect home away from home. We stayed with our dogs and the fenced-in backyard was a huge plus for us. My husband is a runner and he also very much enjoyed the proximity to the greenway. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for our stay! I would definitely recommend this house!
