Welcome to South Park Charlotte! This home has recently been upgraded with all brand new furnishings & appliances. Cozy, warm and rustic feel with friends and family. Coffee lover friendly kitchen. Expansive deck area for entertaining or a romantic night in. Dog friendly. Desk area to work from home. Sitting 10 minutes from Uptown/downtown Charlotte. 5 minutes to Southpark Mall/fine dining, wine bars, dog parks and a Green way.
The space
This 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath house is located in South Park in an inviting, friendly neighborhood.

-Minutes away from SouthPark Mall. Whole Foods, Starbucks, Phillips Place, The Arboretum.
- A short distance to Symphony Park, Pure Barre, Yoga, Drybar, Legion Brewing SouthPark.
-Easy access to coffee shops, restaurants, and cafes in the neighborhood, such as Cafe Monte French Bistro, RH, Foxcroft Wine Co., Del Frisco's, Oak Steakhouse, Bulla Gastrobar.

We provide the following for your stay:

Clean house with fenced in back yard for pets. Trash needs to be taken out to street. All 4 cans where filled.

Hi Robert! We sent a friendly reminder the day before, and you did not set the trash cans out even though we put them at the very top of the drive for you to make it easy. Two days later, after you told us you did not set them out.We had our junk removal guy come by within hours to empty it for you. We hate you have the experience you did, however, we did everything on our end as required by VRBO.

Perfect for a group get away

The house, which is in a quiet neighborhood, was clean, cozy and well equipped. Beds were super comfy!William was attentive and quick to respond to our questions and needs. Highly recommend.

Beautiful weather and location for a family gathering in Charlotte.

The house is beautifully situated in a pretty neighborhood with lots of stores and restaurants. The airport is close, and this older home is nicely decorated and very comfortable.

The property is exactly as described in the app. The bedrooms are spacious. The kitchen is full sized and fully equipped.The coffee bar is the best that I have seen, with a Keurig, a Nespresso, and a 12-cup drip coffee pot. For those of you who prefer a French Press, there are two available.The kitchen table sits 4, while the dining room table seats 8 comfortably.The front room has a sectional couch that easily seats 8 adults. The den has another large couch and seating for four. The entire home is well decorated. The washing machine and dryer are in a room adjacent to the kitchen, with a Powder Room next to it. The home is complete with all of the cleaning gear that you will need.Check in was easy, as the owner contacted me 24 hours in advance with all of the needed information.We did contact the property manager about the powder room toilet that began to leak late Friday night. She immediately answered and scheduled a plumber to come in early Saturday morning. He arrived on time and replaced the entire toilet. He was very professional and actually demonstrated how to use the toilet before he departed. We did send the property manager a text concerning a few cosmetic issues. She immediately responded and thanked us for the information. The bedding could use some upgrades due to wear and tear. Be prepared for a steep driveway, that will park three vehicles. Overall, a wonderful stay in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood.

Amazing stay

This was one the the most amazing stays ever. The area was Amazing the home was amazing and the host was outstanding. I’ve travelled to the area quite a bit but have not discovered anything to par until this stay so quite, comfy and cozy with a updated feel. I can’t wait to return. Definitely on my favorites list.

Beautiful house

It's rare that I stay at a place thats nicer than in the pictures but that's what we found here!, the house was in a beautiful brand new condition in a lovely neighborhood. flawless communication with the owner. All in all we had a wonderful stay!!

Clean, spacious, and comfortable

We greatly enjoyed staying at William's house in Charlotte. The location is excellent - convenient to Uptown Charlotte and Matthews, in a quiet neighborhood with beautiful trees and greenspace. Check-in and communication were both quick, easy, and efficient. Highly recommend this rental. We will be back!

A great deal!

My wife rented this location and it was perfect! She already left a review and I want to add mine for emphasis. The house is beautiful, located on a quiet cul-de-sac with everything clean inside. Thank you for such a wonderful presentation!
