4 bedroom home with 3 full baths that can comfortably sleep 9 in Chesapeake Beach, MD. Less than a mile from the bay. This split level house has a full kitchen, dining room, large deck, family room and a kids bedroom with Captain's Bed (bunk bed with twin over full). It is located on a quiet, partially wooded property. Just 4 miles from Herrington on the Bay and North Beach, 3 miles from the Chesapeake Beach boat docks and Rod 'N' Reel Resort, and 31 miles from Annapolis, MD, 39 miles from Washington, DC and 55 miles from Baltimore, MD.

Home features 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths and can comfortably sleep 9 guests. Upstairs you’ll find a king bed and full bath in bedroom 1, a queen bed in bedroom 2, and a captain’s bed with twin over full in bedroom 3. There is a second full bath upstairs. Downstairs you’ll find a king bed in bedroom 4 and 3rd full bathroom.
Newly updated custom kitchen with cookware and dishes. There is also an outdoor grill and a patio set on the deck for days you want to stay at home, dine outside and enjoy the peace of the partially wooded property. A great living area to connect with family and friends.

Wonderful Stay

Not only was the house absolutely beautiful - rarely have a been anywhere so well provisioned. I’m the kind of person that tried to think of everything when i travel, but Christie is a host who REALLY thought of everything her guests might need - the mark of a exceptional host. She was responsive throughout the process, and made this not only simple and a pleasure!

Great, Quiet Stay

This house was a great place to stay! It was even better than I expected, I was very pleased. Everything went well coming and going and I didn't have any problems. The house was clean and everything seemed to be in place. Kitchen was stocked well with utensils, plates, cups, and such. It didn't cause a problem for me, but the wifi slowed down to almost nothing every once in a while. It could have been due to the rainy weather, not sure how that works.

Last minute getaway

Last minute multi family gathering. Great location for us to meet in the middle from Pa & VA. We loved that the house was stocked with plenty essentials, and we didn't have to pack extras!! Made eating in super convenient. Communication was awesome with the owner.

Wonderful vacation

Our host was really nice and accommodating. The house was clean and homey. My family and I felt calm and relaxed while there. We would stay there again when next in town. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Great home base for a quick beach getaway!

Christie's home was the perfect home base for our weekend beach getaway! The location was super-convenient for our visits to Breezy Point Beach (less than 10 minutes away) and things near Chesapeake Beach. Rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable, great water pressure in the showers, and the kitchen was very well-appointed making quick meal and snack prep an easy thing. We really appreciated how there are three full baths, and we loved hanging out in front of the big TV on the couches. Christie provided folding chairs for use by the beach, which was also really helpful. Christie responded promptly to all of my questions, and the check-in and check-out were very straightforward, reasonable, and with no surprises. This is a split-level house, and besides the steps going to the front door, there are additional steps going up and down inside the house. We knew there would be steps from the pictures, and our one guest with limited mobility was able to navigate the steps with assistance.
