7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay this has just been completely updated. Condo is right on the water! Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of privately shared sandy beach or rent a kayak, jet ski, or paddle board.
Cozy little condo on Grand Traverse East Bay. Condo is on the second floor with amazing views of Mitchell Creek coming out into Grand Traverse East Bay. Sunset side with a private balcony. You will not be disappointed.
You do not have access to the pool or beach chairs. I have two beach chairs in the condo you may use.

No smoking, no parties, No private grills. Please take your shoes off at the door.

I grew up playing on the beaches of Traverse CIty. I love my home town and am happy to share all my local knowledge with my guests!! I live just a few minutes from this rental unit with my husband, our two kids and a hand full of chickens:) I graduated from Western Michigan university with a masters in Psychology but I don't use my degree instead I manage a few rental properties:) I absolutely love what I do and wouldn't have it any other way!!

This is the perfect property for your getaway. Close to everything Traverse City has to offer yet far enough away that you will feel like you are in your own little private hideaway. This unit is in the only Building at The Grand Traverse Shores Resort that is directly on the water. Breathtaking sunset views!!
