7 minutes to Equestrian Festival! Located on Traverse City`s beautiful East Bay this has just been completely updated. Condo is right on the water! Minutes from downtown Traverse City, wineries, and so much more. Visit some of our award winning wineries or sit down and enjoy some fine crafted micro brews. Enjoy relaxing in the sun on 600ft of privately shared sandy beach or rent a kayak, jet ski, or paddle board.

Cozy little condo on Grand Traverse East Bay. Condo is on the second floor with amazing views of Mitchell Creek coming out into Grand Traverse East Bay. Sunset side with a private balcony. You will not be disappointed.

You do not have access to the pool or beach chairs. I have two beach chairs in the condo you may use.

Uber, and Lyft are available
No smoking, no parties, No private grills. Please take your shoes off at the door.

Great stay

Beautiful view of the bay from the unit. Close to Traverse City with lots of restaurant options, shipping, or scenic fall drives. Also, close to Torch Lake which is worth the stop to see the clear blue water anytime!

Lovely stay!

This was a lovely condo unit for my fiancé and me! Clean, cozy, and most importantly, a gorgeous view! We truly had no complaints, it was a great experience here. There was a beach within walking distance, which was a great bonus! When back in Traverse City, we will definitely be staying here again!

Aprille is a fantastic host! The condo is in probably the best location on the site! Beautiful lakefront view! Inside it is very cute and everything we needed was there! Very comfortable and cozy!

We had a couple issues, which were handled quickly by owner. Rental is similar to a hotel room. It did have a nice view of the lake. We both had issues with the bed being very firm and not the best pillows, but I know that is personal preference. The room had everything we needed.

I live just a few minutes from this rental unit with my husband, our two kids and a hand full of chickens:) I graduated from Western Michigan university with a masters in Psychology but I don't use my degree instead I manage a few rental properties:) I absolutely love what I do and wouldn't have it any other way!!

This is the perfect property for your getaway. Close to everything Traverse City has to offer yet far enough away that you will feel like you are in your own little private hideaway. This unit is in the only Building at The Grand Traverse Shores Resort that is directly on the water. Breathtaking sunset views!!
