Completely remodeled with a new sleeper sofa, coffee/wine bar. What hasn’t changed is the incredible unobstructed sunset views over East Bay. Only 6 miles from downtown TC yet you feel miles away from the noise & chaos in this tranquil setting. Fabulous restaurants are within a 2 - 10 minute drive. Scenic drives to quaint artistic towns, winery's and breweries. We’re centrally located for daytrips to Leelanau, Glen Arbor, and Sleeping Bear Dunes

Dawn was very friendly and communicated well. The condo was clean, has an excellent view of the bay and was perfect for our weekend in Traverse City for our son's soccer tournament. The location is perfect for being near all the attractions but private enough to enjoy the beach in peace.

I stayed here while my wife had surgery. The host is beyond accommodating. She was so helpful while dealing with this tough time. The property was perfect. It was so peaceful the little time I was there. The location is perfect. Just outside of TC and right on the water. Definitely will stay again!

We had an amazing stay at this VRBO. Dawn was excellent to deal with and was always quick with a response. The room was spotless and offered everything we needed within the stay. The property itself is very clean and had an awesome beach to hang out on if your'e not out exploring. The Jetski rentals on site were a plus! We would 100% stay here again!

The owner was super responsive and easy to communicate with. Her place was exactly as described. Right on the beach and near to the pool. Welcome gift of delicious rose champagne was very thoughtful. Super clean with all the necessary items for a great stay. Loved having a washer/dryer. Can highly recommend.
