Beautiful, custom-built home, surrounded by beautiful mature trees and landscape, this home offers a unique floor plan taking advantage of its gorgeous setting.

- A short walk to the public beach and hiking trail;
- Enjoy the spacious deck, relax in the outdoor jacuzzi or indoor sauna;
- Free parking in garage and on driveway;
- Minutes to UW, Northgate mall, downtown;

We have many spaces that you can relax, spend time alone, enjoy the beauty of the surrounding. The house is very peaceful with lots of trees and nature, it's architect designed with a ton of amenities:

Free parking in garage and on driveway;
Air conditioning;
Hot Tub and Sauna;
A cozy reading corner next to the fireplace;
Outdoor seating area surrounded by trees;
High-speed Internet, 1G Mbps;
10 minute drive to Magnuson Park:
short walk to access the Burke Gilman hiking and biking trail and public beach on Lake Washington;
Less than a mile from shops and restaurants and only 10 minutes to Northgate Mall and University Village. Getting downtown is around 20 minutes;
House is protected by Xfinity Home Security, outdoor surveillance recording cameras only for safety purpose. NO camera inside the house.

This house was in a great location, very near a lake with a nice walking trail. The kitchen was well equipped, and all rooms were clean and comfortable. There were restaurants and a grocery store within a few miles. The common areas are great for a larger group. My only caution would be it's a split-level design with lots of stairs, which could pose a challenge for older guests.

Great place to spend a vacation. My family and I really enjoyed our stay. The rental was very clean, well maintained and stocked with essentials that are often missing from rentals……toilet paper, paper towels, detergent, shampoo, body wash, and plenty of pots, pans, and dishes. Communication with the owner was prompt. I highly recommend this rental.

End of Cruise Relaxation

We needed a place to go after our week long Alaskan cruise and this place was beautiful and tranquil! Just what we needed to wind down before headed back East. We took a beautiful long walk along the lake path a short distance from the property. The house had plenty of space and amenities for our group.

This place was amazing, it was a huge place with tons of rooms, 3 bathrooms and all the accessories you need. It was well stocked with toiletries and personal products. It had a heated hot tub and a large working sauna that we enjoyed. The furniture was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you needed. Lots of clean towels and blankets, board games, also had a crib in the main bedroom. Ken was great, we communicated with him often and he was available to message anytime we needed something. I was so impressed by this home and I can keep bragging about it. It’s definitely a 10 plus and a must see.

Great house for a large traveling family. Multi-level so the adults can be in one area and the kids in another. Very accommodating.

Perfect cabin in the woods

Our family enjoyed a fabulous weekend here. The house was lovely, well stocked with everything we could have needed. With 10 people it still felt roomy. The manager was super: flexible and responsive. I’m sure we’ll come again.

Close enough but still private

Nice place to stay while visiting people in Seattle. It was easy to drive to Northgate park and ride and take light rail downtown (and avoid traffic and parking). Good restaurants close by. Beach is a bit underwhelming, but house is great.

Wonderful time

Beautiful home and great location

What an incredible place to stay. It had plenty of room for a small gathering of friends or family. The kitchen had everything you needed. The living room was cozy and had enough space to gather around to watch some TV and hang out. The hot tub was picture perfect with a feel you are in the mountains. The dry sauna was amazing. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again in a heart beat. This place is where memories are made. The host was great and we had all the information we needed for a flawless entry and check out.

Beautiful and quiet

This was a group traveling to see the college football game. Travel time to the campus was good and the home had everything needed. Enjoyed the space and hot tub. Would definitely recommend!

Outstanding

Home was perfect for our family. We arrived after midnight and had no issues accessing the home. Ken’s instructions were spot on. Home was clean and ready for our stay. We were excited to find coffee available in the morning. Sometimes it’s the little things that make us happy. Ken was the perfect host. His assistance and speed of communication was amazing. Just book it

I am a full-time working mother with 6 kids. This place was hands down worth every penny. I went with my family for a Spring Break getaway, and we had so much fun, and all of us absolutely loved this home. The home is indeed spacious as described, and has warmth to it, which made us feel right at home while away. It is gorgeous inside and out, and near the lake which only adds to its appeal. Everything in the home was easy to find like towels, dishes, coffee (coffee provided with usual fixings), etc. The host was available, and kind, and made the process easy from start to finish. If you are wondering if it is worth it, it totally is and it is located in a spot near places to eat, things to do, and a small drive to downtown Seattle-maybe 20 mins depending on where you want to go.

Lakeside Hideaway

This house seems more like a mountainside cabin with the surrounding trees, yet it is so close to downtown Seattle. The walking trails by the lake are the best. Having a jucuzzi is a bonus. Overall, a very scenic and tranquil spot.

Amazing forest hideaway so close to everything

beautiful home with a view of the lake through the trees. Close to town and Kraken Comm plex. Perfect location for our 3 families during our sons' hockey tournament. So enjoyed walking to the lake. The house had room very everyone and was set up nicely.

Great house, good location

The location of this house was perfect for my team who were coming to Seattle for a work retreat. I live nearby but couldn't host them all. The house was clean and has a ton of space. It would be great for a big family.

Perfect location and house for our family gathering!

Great house for our family while we were in town for our son's wedding! Large kitchen and dining area, and many spacious rooms to enjoy hanging out in. The home is tucked in to a beautiful and private woodsy setting with an awesome back deck -- perfect for some wonderful family photos. Communication with owner was top notch.
