Master suite #1 with king bed, memory foam mattress (with extra memory foam pad) blackout curtains, closet, mounted smart TV, and en-suite bath. Master suite #2 with similar items minus en-suite but plus desk/workstation. Others upstairs bedroom with two Twin XL beds, each with charging access. Downstair bedroom has 60" mounted TV, Peloton, and other gym equipment. Bedrooms all set up with comfortable bedding, mix of firm/soft pillows, and plenty of storage.

Bathrooms:
3 full bathrooms. All have rainfall shower heads and towel warmers for that luxury vibe! Two bathrooms have walk-in showers, one has a tub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hair dryers, guest toiletries, and some other complementary amenities included.

Workspaces:
Three dedicated desks with adjustable chairs, and USB/USB-C charging. One desk is an adjustable standing desk with tall drafting chair.

Entertainment:
120" projector screen in media room, fast 2-gig Wi-Fi (Wi-Fi 6), and smart lighting controls and other smart devices throughout. 75" TV in living room, 60" TV in downstairs bedroom/gym, two 55" TV's in upstairs master bedrooms.

Peloton bike with pedals and footholds that can be used with regular shoes, adjustable weights, bench, pull-up bar, dip bar, yoga mats, foam rollers, etc.

Laundry:
Full washer/dryer, wireless vacuum, robot self-emptying vacuum, iron, ironing board, and various cleaning tools. Washing detergent pods and bleach provided.

Pets are welcome with approval and listed fee. Pets are not permitted on beds or furniture. Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning caused by pets.

I live in a separate private unit on the property with its own entrance along with my very quiet and friendly small dog. Guests have exclusive access to the entire main house, yard, sauna, covered patio, fire pit, and all amenities shown in the listing. The only areas not available are the separate unit I live in and the detached garage which are not included in the rental.
