Great time with family and friends

We had two families of 5 on our vacation and had plenty of space for everyone. The cabin is in the most gorgeous setting and we saw deer several days. Many memories were made sitting in the hot tub and around the firepit at night. The kitchen is well stocked and has everything you need for meals at home. The basement has a big tv and plenty of seating for movie nights. The view of Pikes Peak from the deck is stunning. The drive up the driveway was a bit intimidating and you definitely need AWD or 4 wheel drive but once you get used to it it's fine. The owners were very responsive to messages. We would love to stay here again if we're ever back in Colorado!

Beautiful surroundings!

Our family of 8 rented this home and it certainly lived up to our expectations! Sitting on the beautiful deck with an incredible view of Pikes Peak, wonderful hot tub, great communication with Krystal all contributed to a wonderful stay! We saw deer several evenings by the house. It’s easy access to Garden of the Gods, cripple Creek, Pikes Peak, Cave of the Winds and so many great places to visit. I would highly recommend the property.Told some ghost stories several nights at the firepit and felt like we were in a secluded park!We did rent 2 Jeeps for the steep climb and had no issues! Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Beautiful Views

The house out in the secluded nature of Colorado's beauty was just the relaxing weekend I needed with the girls. The house was massive and had so much room for us all. Probably one of the best supplied houses I've ever stayed in with the amount of towel, linen, toiletries, kitchen supplies and more that was supplied throughout the house. This would have been a fun place for my young family as well as they had many games in the basement, including basketball, darts and a ton of board games. We were able to see deer outside of the property as well. The driveway was a little skeptical to get to the house, as you definitely need an SUV for it as it is very steep. It was also a quick drive to Woodland Park, Manitou Springs and Colorado Springs. I would very much recommend this place for anyone in the future that likes the privacy and doesn't mind the drive up the mountain. The view were worth it!

Secluded vacation spot close to entertainment

Beautiful mountain views with easy access to several areas for entertainment from ages 2-87. We enjoyed the wonderful deck area that allowed for scenic views during mealtime and spending time with family. The kids enjoyed the deer and the areas to play where adults could also spend time relaxing The cabin was roomy and adequate for our group of 8. Very clean and management very responsive to questions and assistance. Highly recommend this property for group or family get togethers. The drive to the property is steep and the suvs are a real thing, however this added to the level of privacy we enjoyed listening to nature.

Best cabin experience so far

Property was very clean, beautiful views, very spacious, comfortable beds, had all the amenities we needed. It was truly a wonderful experience, we had a great Labor Day weekend.

A beautiful and secluded home with a fantastic view of Pikes Peak

The cabin was beautiful and was very spacious. The outside area had a large deck and a large patio. The view of Pikes Peak was tremendous; we took numerous pictures of it every day we were at the cabin. It was very secluded and quiet which made us feel we were the only ones in the entire area. Communication with the property owners was easy and they quickly responded to us when we had a question. We would definitely stay at this place again!

Beautiful cabin and location!

A group of us stayed at the cabin for 8 days for my husband’s 50th bday. This cabin was exactly what we were looking for and more. If you are looking for something secluded and the cabin being the destination, this place is for you. The pictures does not do the view of pikes peak justice. It truly is one of the most beautiful place! We enjoyed all the extras this cabin provides. We particularly loved the patio with lots of seating, hot tub on cool nights, and the fire pit roasting marshmallows. The kitchen is a fully functioning kitchen and has everything you need to cook a full meal. The only thing to note is the driveway to the cabin is a real thing. By other reviews, I figured it was but was surprised by how steep it was. I would not recommend driving a car up the drive (even in the summer). I really hope I get another opportunity to rent this cabin again.

Luxurious home with Pikes Peak view

Wow! This is one of the nicer homes we have ever stayed in! Beautifully constructed and very nicely furnished. The kitchen has every utensil and implement we needed and is big. Bedrooms are sizable and the beds are maybe the most comfortable ever. We used the propane grill, hot tub (super clean), and fire pit often. Eight adults had plenty of space; the top floor with three bedrooms & one bath was a little tricky at times, but the vanity/sink area in the master bedroom helped greatly. The property manager is excellent and immediately responded whenever we had a question. Check-out was super easy & quick. Four wheel-drive vehicles encouraged/recommended for the unpaved and steep drive. Highly recommend - we can't wait to stay here again!

Breathe taking views, steep drive

We absolutely loved the property! The only issue we had was locating the driveway because it was the 2nd house on the drive, and we arrived at night. Had there been a sign at the bottom of the 1st drive pointing up the hill we would have found it immediately. The drive was steep - host did warn is of this- but it was steeper than we thought it was going to be. Even so, it was so worth it! Highly recommend!

Nice mountain getaway

We spent 4 nights at the mountain getaway with a group of 10. It was a good size and easily accommodated all of us. The location is beautiful and good proximity to Woodland Park in case we needed anything. Also good proximity to Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, and some nice hikes nearby. There were a few minor complaints during the stay. Mainly, the hot tub didn't work the entire time we were there which was a major disappointment as that was one of the differentiators that led us to booking the property. The owners were communicative and simply stated that it needed maintenance. Other minor things like challenges with the air conditioner (it was cool outside anyway) and small maintenance issues on the deck were more annoyance than a real issue. Overall, the beauty of the surroundings and accommodations for a group our size made the trip a success and it was very enjoyable. The kitchen and outside gas grill led to some great meals. And we had a great time having some drinks outside by the fire pit. Really great place for a large group looking for a mix of indoor comfort and outdoor beauty.

Beautiful vacation home

The setting is spectacular and the home is very welcoming and comfortable. Our family had a wonderful time and enjoyed all the games, horseshoes, hot tub, and beautiful sunrise, sunset colors on Pikes Peak. Easy access to fly fishing, nearby towns, etc.

Great group trip

Large, clean home that easily accommodated 3 couples and 2 individuals. Awesome views of pikes peak, and feels very secluded and peaceful. Good location to visit Garden of the Gods and Manitou Springs.

Lovely Mountain House

The property was clean, comfortable and spacious and located close to Woodland Park amenities. The deck is fantastic with an amazing view of Pike's Peak. Central air made for a comfortable stay in the middle of summer. The property offers privacy surrounded by Ponderosa Pines. The owner is very responsive. Overall this was an outstanding stay.
