On the Island, Private Patio & Convenient to EVERYTHING!

Spacious home located in the Marquesas Complex within 5 minutes of the beach! Resort Style Community Pool. Close to shopping, restaurants, coffee shops, & entertainment. Located near HEB, CVS, Golf Course, & Fishing Piers. The home is fully stocked, Kitchen has everything you need, Washer/Dryer, Fast Wifi, 2 Bedrooms, & "Murphy Bed" in Living Room. Easily rent a golf cart to explore all the fun places close by!

The space:
Adorable private Patio Home, completely fenced in yard. No shared walls between units. Split floor plan with one room at each end. No stairs, open living, dining, and kitchen area. One Walk-In Shower & One Tub/Shower combo. Pull down "Murphy Bed" in living room area. Large, private patio with an electric grill. Lots of room to relax, or entertain family & friends.

Rules: No Pets. No Smoking.

Guest access
Two dedicated parking spots located in front of home. Plus lots of street parking as well. Enjoy the year-round Community Pool located in the middle of the complex, that is heated during cooler months.

Cabana

We had a pleasant and relaxing stay! It is a nice place to stay with all the comforts of home. Having the courtyard is great for our dog! The hosts are very attentive and kind. We would stay again.

Christmas on the Island

We had a great time at the Blue Barracuda. The beds were very comfortable. The townhome is well stocked and has a large courtyard. I highly recommend staying here.

Great location and beautiful

The house was clean and beautiful, with great amenities! The home is just like the pictures, and Tiffany is easy to reach. She gave us suggestions for the beach as it was our first time.

Blue barracuda

The cabana is very cute. Perfect for 2 couples. We chose it because it was close to the golf course. Unfortunately the golf course had been dug up for a housing project. So we never got to golf. We went lots of places and saw lots.

Tental

The patio was not that clean. Bikes were flat, kid toys on ground and it wasn't even organized. The mater tv was not working. Communicated with owner and they said they would fix it in a week. The freezer was leaking to fridge. I had to take block of ice out of freezer and clean freezer and put a little container in fridge so water wouldn't go on our food. Again a week to get fixed. Place is really cute, but had some issues.

Perfect Beach House

A great experience. House was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Love the floor plan and especially having a private courtyard. Parking for our pickup was easy since we had two assigned spaces, but it would be tight if you have two vehicles. This is now our first choice for trips to North Padre.

Little gem on the island

Truly enjoyed our month-long stay. The condo was clean, comfortable and had all the conveniences of home. Outside patio was a great place to relax with a nice breeze cutting through. Very close to the beach. Owner was pleasant to work with and responsive. Hope to visit again.
