Wonderful stay

We love celebrating a 90th and 69th birthday and this apartment. The view was amazing and the apartment was comfortable and clean. Had never stayed in this neighborhood before and just loved it. We’ll definitely stay here again.

The name Paris Perfect describes it perfectly! Wonderful place. Unbelievable views. Paris perfect.

It was the best part of our trip. We started off in Rome went to Venice and then Paris this place was and is amazing.

The hosts are great. Provide you with a great personal guide of the area. The location can not be beat. 3 minutes to Rue Cler a wonderful open air market. Easily 20 find restaurants minutes away by walking. Streets are charming. Great building with a fantastic view of the tower. Very special.

Beautiful apartment in an amazing location!! Very clean with a direct view of the Eiffel Tower. Rooms are very nice, beds very comfortable. Kitchen is great. Lots of windows with views in many directions. Property Manager was great at communication before and during the stay.Neighborhood is perfect with so many shops, restaurants and markets for whatever you need. Great apartment!!

Highly recommend

This was an amazing property!! We had such a lovely time staying in the 7th arrondissement. It was within walking distance to the Eiffel Tower and many cute shops and places to eat. The property is just as described and had all items needed for a comfortable stay. Thank you for sharing this lovely apartment.

Absolutely a perfect property and stay

The location is just right, great neighborhood and 5 min walks to the metro. Oh my the view is as seen in the picture. Yes the Eiffel Tower is right there! The kitchen and washer dryer were for sure used and were a big plus. Not cheap place, glad we spent the extra

The perfect place

Spent four days in Paris with a couple friends to take in the the beautiful city. The location was perfect, and we had access to restaurants, wine, cheese, shopping, suites and more! Nothing beats the view of the Eiffel Tower that we had at this residence.The property was just as described, and very comfortable for our stay. The property manager was close by and very quick to respond with any questions that we had. I would definitely stay here again!

Stay in Paris

The location is fabulous. The apartment was nice although the woodwork and doors could use some paint. The bathrooms were very functional and laundry is very nice to have. Except for breakfast, we did not eat much there but the kitchen is very adequately equipped. It was also very appreciated to have some Nespresso capsules to start, thank you. For 6 person, the living room is bit tight. We could have used another good chair, not a dining room chair.....and a foot message machine....ah! ah! The view was absolutely fantastic. Overall, we know it’s a rental, so it gets more abuse then a home. Thank you for a fabulous week.

Beautiful Parisian Apartment with Eiffel Tower vie

What can I say about our stay at the beautiful Cognac apartment? When I walked in the apartment, the first thing I did was open the doors to the beautiful terrace. I was looking forward to our amazing view of the Eiffel Tower and it did not disappoint. We watched the Tower light up every evening and it took our breath away. The beautiful furnishings and decor along with the comfortable bedding made our stay certainly a home away from home. The staff at Paris Perfect was so helpful in introducing us to our apartment upon arrival and all of the literature with instructions were helpful in making sure we knew how to work each appliance. This trip was a bucket list trip for me as I battle terminal cancer. Being able to spend time in Paris with my sister and two best friends in the luxurious Cognac apartment was truly a dream come true.”

Perfection!

“Perfection every way. For months we talked about sipping wine on the balcony and watching the Eiffel Tower sparkle......we were not disappointed. The Cognac is a beautiful apartment for our 6 person family vacation. Everyone had plenty of room and privacy. Linens were top quality. The kitchen is most efficient. The location was perfect. Every morning we walked 1 block for croissants and other goodies. We were close to the Metro and many many restaurants. I would highly recommend the Cognac !””

Great experience!

My three girlfriends and I stayed in the Cognac apartment for a week in April. Where to begin? Dealing with Paris Perfect online was a pleasure. They were attentive, accommodating and replied to my emails with questions quickly. They were lovely to speak to on the phone too. The process was really very simple. We used their recommended cab service, which was awesome!! The Paris Perfect office was literally less than a block from our building. We wanted to drop off our luggage as the apartment was not ready but we wanted to get a bite to eat and walk around. Very convenient. When the apartment was ready which was an hour earlier than check in, the greeter called me on my cell. We made our way back to the office, retrieved our luggage and made our way walking down the block to our apartment. What a beautiful building!!! The doors were huge. We felt very safe as he described the process of entering and closing the door behind us. There is a second door in the foyer which too a key is needed. Once you are in the lobby there is a circular staircase which is just gorgeous and the elevator. The greeter worked the elevator and luggage and explained how we should navigate the elevator because in Europe it is very small!. Once on our floor, we entered our apartment. It was so pretty and clean. He walked us thru the entire apartment and gave us ideas of what to do in the area and what NOT to do. Very helpful. The apartment was very nicely appointed with binders, slippers, kitchen pots, pans, paper towels, bath towels etc. We needed nothing. We only cooked breakfast once so if you plan on cooking more, you may need to shop for paper towels and such. The bathrooms were newer and the bath towels very nice. The towel warmers were sooo nice. The beds were very comfortable. The only complaint about the apartment was the ceiling fan in the twin bedroom was not secure on the ceiling and therefore squeaked and rocked when turned on. We couldn't use it. We never turned the TV's on. The balcony was awesome!! We used it everyday whether it was for breakfast, dinner, a glass of wine or pictures...including selfies with the Eiffel Tower in the background!!! I would recommend Paris Perfect to my friends and family and will use them again if I am lucky enough to travel again to France!
